   Good awful. 3 of us had the chicken skewers which were dry and inedible. Staff extremely rude. Would not return despite he amazing view!

   We did not have a pleasant experience. We got seated inside when there were empty seats outside and had to ask 3 different people if we can move. Prices are absurdly high for the quality and quantity of drinks ordered. Staff is uninterested and tired. Tables were not picked up cleaned. There was trash on the floor. The view is great but dampened by the negative vibe, prices and service.

   The chap who greets guests on the ground floor was not welcoming and rude. The service was very poor. We had to fetch waiters to assist our table of 5 on 4 occassions. The gluten free option is very limited. One of guests did not receive their food. We eventually cancelled her order. We expected far much more, especially having spent nearly £350. NOT value for money!!! One last thing... the view was fantastic!!!

   Booked well in advance and asked for an outdoor table. When we arrived we were told no outdoor tables available so defeats the point of a rooftop bar. Other people turned up and were shown to outdoor tables and no explanation as to why. We waited for 20 minutes during which time no one came to serve us. We got tired of waiting on all fronts and left

   Difficult to manage a gluten allergy, though we got there in the end… but the allergen menu essentially says everything has gluten! Nice rooftop but loud music. Service was slow.

   I booked this for my daughter and myself as a pre wedding treat when we walked in we were checked in lovely the man kindly called the lift for us we went upstairs the man who re checked us in tried to show us a seat inside we had to ask to be seated outside which coming to a roof bar you would definitely would want to sit outside we then was given a menu by the same gentleman who seated us but no one came to take our order I had to get up to get anyone's attention to take our order it appeared the men serving were too interested in serving all the young women in another section outside!! No one ever came over to ask if we wanted any other drinks so again had to get up to get attention for another drink when wanting to order the bill it took me to get up to go to the ladies to order this nice idea of a rooftop bar but dreadful service! I felt like asking them to take off the service charge they automatically put on your bill

   Rubbish. Service painful. Tried to book outside no response on request called 7x during the day. Waiters grumpy and uneducated

    Nice views of London but that’s the only positive! Staff were very cold and unfriendly. Slow service and expensive drinks. Lots of better places to go to in London!
