The venue is amazing, super thoughtful and the attention to detail is amazing.
The food:
The pickled tea leaf salad is great, very balanced and delicious.
Oaxacan Fondue was good, very cheesy as expected.
Crab corn doughnut, not good, crab meat tasted very tinned and was out of the fridge cold plonked on a warm doughnut.
Bay Scallop Black Cocktail was also not good, waaaaay too salty, the scallops were lost in the black salty liquid as well as the octopus. In fact you couldn't taste anything other than limes and salt.
The michelada was good, spicy, good flavours, that and the salad were the best things we had.
