The Quinn's Burger
8oz angus beef, white cheddar, bacon, brioche roll, aioli, served with frites
Wagyu Hanger Steak
Snake River Farms Wagyu, confit fingerlings, asparagus, chimichurri
Casual but very thoughtful menu. Drinks were great, innovative and carefully prepared without a lot of pretense.
Food was great, Brussels and paella were standouts.
It’s in lively Capital Hill, replete with a brass band putting on a street show outside. Great service, and great for groups or just a one in one. Highly recommend
Amazing service and food/drinks!
Delicious! We had the wild boar sloppy joe, split some yummy fries, delicious cocktails and Creme Brulee. The Creme brulee could have used a bit more torch, as it was soft in some places, but still delicious. Nice noise level early.
Good drink, food, and service.
Benjamin was a great server/ bartender
Your good needs drastic improvement!! Just was not a pleasant experience!!
Overall great experience
Charcuterie plate a bit small, toasts had too much butter. Salmon rillette was great. Fish and chips: fries great, batter on fish fried perfectly... but needed seasoning.
Brussels sprouts were over-dressed, with a pool of vinegar at the end.
All pretty good, but with room for improvement.
Literally the best cheeseburger I’ve ever eaten. So good. Caesar salad was also amazing, though it would benefit from some croutons or garlic slices. Drinks were great and a nice selection of beers on tap.
We did have an issue with my girlfriend‘a steak being undercooked. (Medium rare when she ordered well done.) Editorial comments about the criminality of well-done steaks aside, the “10 minute” estimate to redo the steak turned into 20+ and we had to go so they just took it off the bill.
That was an anomaly, though. I’ve been here about 10 times and the food has been consistently excellent.otherwise. My favorite burger anywhere, and I’ve eaten a lot of burgers. :)
Wonderful as always, great food, knowledgeable and attentive staff.
So glad to see y’all back open, and bone marrow still on the menu! Thanks for a great visit!
Good food, too much noise
Awesome food, AMAZING service!! Great area in Cap Hill.
Food was great! Cocktails had a little too much going on, IMHO, but that might just be a taste thing. Love being back at Quinn’s!
Pretzel and cheese cold in middle.
Mashed potatoes not warm at all
Chimichuri was not well balanced. Mostly oil. Not enough acidity or herbs in it. And only ~4 spears of broccoli.
I miss the old Quinn’s
The food is great and the happy hour prices can't be beat in Capitol Hill.
We had an enjoyable happy hour at Quinns. The cocktails were all outstanding and the food was very good as well.
Had a lovely Friday date-night with my partner here. Great service and friendly staff, plus the food and cocktails are great! Happy to see Quinn’s re-open and still awesome!
I must write at least 50 characters.
Food's good service is better
Best burger in Seattle
Happy to have them back on the scene!
Awesome food and tremendous service
Outstanding service. Vibe was exactly what I would expect from a true gastro pub!!
Food and drinks were great. Service was phenomenal. It’s a bit pricey though.
Great food, great aesthetics, great service ❤️❤️❤️
Closed at the last minute due to “family vacation” didn’t inform anyone nor change their reservation system.
Food was very good and the staff super friendly, I highly recommend.
There aren't many vegetation options so I really appreciated them making me a vegetarian burger, sadly I hate the mushy house made burgers that seem to be the trend everywhere.
I did not like my chicken sandwich, because it had so much breading and was not made with chicken breast. The fries were good, the bun was good, the flavors worked, but the main ingredient fell short for me.
high quality comfort food. seasonal specials. simple but not boring cocktails/drink list. a+
Food and service was good but the background music, really? Acid rock and hard, driving blues does not make the dining experience very pleasant. Change that and the experience would be tons better.
Quinn’s is my absolute favorite pub in the city- food is always high quality and delicious. We went this year for my birthday, and the waitress was even sweet enough to put a candle in the dessert we ordered. Love Quinn’s! The wild boar sloppy joe is a must-try.
It was amazing as always!
Very happy that the waiter and chef got me a cioppino without potatoes--probably not a common request.
We went to Quinn's on NYE, and the atmosphere was terrific as always. The service is always an easy going professionalism, the lighting good, and the crowd lively without being too intrusive. The food is reliably good to great, the ingredients well chosen, and there is excellence to be found, this time in the perfectly cooked octopus, the romanesco salad that was so bright with flavor, and the incredible beef cheek that was an incredible portion that they could have charged ten dollars more for and we would have still considered it a bargain, as it was savory and so tender that it pulled apart with a fork, on top of a perfectly grilled polenta cake. The cocktail menu is one of the more fun one's to explore on The Hill. Quinn's is still a favorite after all of these years.
Nice dining space and good service. But
Dead on a Saturday night. The place across the street was busy. I think the difference is the menu at Quinn’s. The gastro pub menu needs a makeover. Not many appealing selections. Our food was so-so.
It was my birthday and I rallied the girls together to go eat here before we caught the show “Jingle All The Gay” at Century Ballroom. The ambience is super cozy and happy. It was delightfully boisterous inside and our waitress was very attentive. I stuck with a classic cheeseburger and I couldn’t have been happier. I’d go back again.
