   Great food, view and ambience but service was very slow, maybe just because it was Mother’s Day but we had a reservation for 7:30 and didn’t get seated til almost an 45 min later

   Sitting on the deck for a sunset dinner was an absolutely magical environment. The food was good but lackluster compared to the ambiance.

   Amazing experience for the whole family at Quince Lakehouse! We set up this lunch to celebrate Mother's Day, and it certainly did not disappoint. Beautiful views, ambience, and an amazing selection of various foods. The Brunch menu was available (this being Sunday when we went), and it was a perfect selection. We had the truffle fries for an appetizer (with us having a 4-year old), and he greatly enjoyed those. The kids menu suits any toddler and young kid's appetite as far as selection goes, and the main concourses we had were truly delicious. Amazing service as well, and we can't wait to come back! Thank you for a great experience, Quince.

   You really have to try to ruin the ambience of a waterfront restaurant, but wow they nailed it. Reservation at 8pm for sunset. Didnt get seated until 830pm. Live DJ playing jersey shore fist pumping garbage so loud it was comical. You could not hear the person sitting next to you. Every table around us complained and they turned it down by such a tiny amount that it was still unbearable. Our table ordered two steaks medium rare and they arrived to the table well done and had to be sent back. The manager was very kind and apologized and the waiter did his best to salvage the situation but it was all around the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in my entire life.

   Quince is a nice spot on the lake. The ambience is usually good but this time there was a table of ~15 guys celebrating a bachelor night next to us. They were drinking plenty and having fun, but they were very loud. It made conversation difficult.

   While my prior visits to the restaurant were stellar, this particular celebration had a few hiccups. For starters after making my reservation, you could only do 8 online, I immediately called to say there were 9, plus an infant. I even verified the day prior. When arriving they still only had 8 and we had to wait for 25 minutes to sit. Two of the meals were incorrect, requesting our burger well done, neither were prepared properly, leaving some to take their meals to go and not eating with the family. After spending over $550 on a Mother’s Day celebration, a few flying in from NY, it wasn’t a good experience.

    Khalid was our server and he was so amazing!!! Our drinks came out wrong and he fixed it right away with a smile, he gave us great recommendations and made our visit very nice!
