Quebracho was founded in May 2004 by a group of friends as a new Argentinean grill style restaurant in Mexico. Its name comes from the Quebracho Colorado tree that is common in the north part of Argentina, characterized by its strength & flavor it gives the meat during grilling. The menu includes a great variety of grilled steaks including the 600 gram Quebracho cut, the Lomo, the Churrasco, the Vacio, among others. In addition the menu offers Souffléd potatoes, Caprese Salad with mozzarella cheese, Provelta, & an array of desserts.

Quebracho fue fundado en Mayo del 2004 por un grupo de amigos como un nuevo concepto de parrilla Argentina en México. Su nombre proviene del árbol Quebracho Colorado, común en la zona norte de Argentina, caracterizado por su fortaleza y por el sabor que otorga a la carne que es asada con su leña. Su parrilla se distingue por una gran variedad de cortes como el Corte Quebracho de 600 grs., el Lomo, el Churrasco, el Vacio, entre otros.

    La atención es grata, las guarniciones buen sabor. El corte que pedí lo sentí insípido. Gratas propuestas de vinos propios, señores meseros atentos en todo momento al igual que su hostias. En general le doy un 8, sí lo recomendaría para algo relajado vespertino.

    Pues no hubo nada literal.... deja hacer reservas y colocar horarios en sistema pero al llegar estaba cerrado..... viaje desde el norte del pais y de plano tuve que comer de un 7 eleven pues ya jo encontre otras opciones.... no puedo emitir algo positivo por el momento

    Mis opciones de comida carpaccio de salmon y el provola me gustaron mucho, la atenció y paciencia de los meseros es muy buena, el servicio es rápido y el costo está dentro del estandar de un buen restaurante.
