It was a great spot to go pregame. Brittany took great care of us and we walked across to the stadium. I recommend the Turkey Club! 😊

1st, when we arrived 30 minutes early and let them know we had an Opentable reservation, the greeter said they were not honoring Opentable reservations that night. There were tables available, so we were seated anyway. The waiter then told us the manager that oversaw the Opentable reservations was not there that night so they had no way to monitor them... so we started out less than great. After getting our food, they really didn't bother to check on us until time to order desert. That's ok though cause they were out of desert anyway.... so we ordered coffee drinks... oops they said they didn't make coffee for dinner menu (an Italian restaurant that makes coffee for other times of day but doesn't offer coffee, expresso, cappuccino, etc for evening meals). The hotel was quite nice, but would not stay there (Westin, St. Louis) again because of the restaurant.

Our server was not good. Seemed annoyed he had to do his job. Never checked in with us. The food was bad. Meatballs were dry and flavorless. I ordered what is basically overpriced spaghetti; the description was: bucatini, tomato basil sauce and Parmesan. It was really spicy. I took a couple of bites thinking I’m crazy as there is no reason for it to be spicy but it sure was. I asked the food runner (as our server was nowhere to be found) and she assured me it shouldn’t be spicy and took it back. The server brought our bill with the $24 dish I didn’t eat on it. Luckily the food runner saw and corrected. I have never sent something back at a restaurant, but there was nothing in the description indicating spice and it was so over priced I had to.

Waited a while for someone to seat us. They never asked if we had a reservation, but there wasn’t even anyone there except for a few people at the bar. The man who sat us just threw the menus on the table and walked off, no one ever came to get our drink order or to check on us to see if we even wanted anything. So we left. And I don’t think anyone even noticed.

Worst place I never ate at. We had 6:30 reservations. We stood at the hostess station for more than 5 minutes before I moved beyond to stare at the bartender. After a few minutes, the bartender nodded to a table and told us to sit down and someone would bring us menus. She and the other bartender had about 5 people at the bar and one table with a dad and his two kids sharing a pizza. The table she sent us to was dirty but we sat and waited. And waited. I went off in search of the bathroom which I found all the way across the hotel lobby. When I came back, I snagged two menus from the hostess stand since I could see no one had dropped any off at the table. Read the entire menu twice and still no one came. I did notice that the only the pizza was not completely overpriced. Several employees went to the bar and back toward the kitchen but no one ever came. Finally, my friend and I decided we better leave so we didn't starve to death waiting for someone to stop by.

My friend ordered the spaghetti and it was so overcooked. I ordered the margherita pizza, and despite their 600 degree oven, it was soft and soggy. The pizza dough was almost raw. They put whole cherry tomatoes onto the pizza which caused much of the sogginess. The manager was nice enough to take off our drinks and entrees from the tab.

Went for an early seating prior to an event at Ballpark village. Not a single table seated in the restaurant. Took us a while to find someone to seat us for our reservation. Food was good and wait staff was attentive. Would have enjoyed the atmosphere more had we not been the only ones there.

Worst food experience I have ever had in St. Louis. I ate there three times on a recent trip (I had no choice). All three meals were terrible. The food is absolutely brutal. (Q. How can you screw up pizza? A. Don't cook it.) This place takes advantage of the fact that it is one of the few restaurants open in the area after a baseball game. The food is tasteless, the drinks are overpriced, and the service is horrible. This is purgatory folks!

Excellent guest services from Glenn and Indira went above & beyond the standard to assist me find oowee gooey butter cake. Chef Josh provided a couple of pieces so that I didn’t have to go to a bakery. Enjoyed the delish omelet!

The food was great, my husband and daughter raved about it and my daughter is a very picky eater. I ordered the seafood pasta and the calamari was overcooked making it very chewy. The Tiramisu had excellent flavor but the bottom was very soggy. It left water on the plate like it was melting. These are all minor issues and I would happily return again the next time I visit.

Our server seemed pretty scattered and brought our salad well after our main courses arrived, for example. She also brought our main courses immediately after the appetizers with no break. She needs training on hosting a pleasantly spaced dinner. However, one of the new "greeters" was very kind and attentive - don't know his role exactly but he brought us free cocktails. The food was just amazing. A tiny bit too much butter and cream on my chicken dish but the flavors were heavenly, well don! The polenta was delicious - a big portion so be forewarned. We had a really good time

We loved our first experience at Quattro! The waitress was friendly. The Ballpark is right across the street! Parking costs $25 on game days. We were there by 5:00 to catch dinner before and early game so it was not terribly busy and food came out promptly. Food was good, and presented well. Drinks ordered before dinner did not arrive until after our dinner was served. We will indeed try them again!
