The service was very slow. We waited around 5 minutes to be greeted at our table. The staff was not very knowledgeable about the drink menu. The wings were soggy and not very warm. There were many tables that remained uncleared and it seemed that the kitchen was perpetually behind.

We used to love going here. When they stopped with serving ramen we never went back. Last night we went back because yay Ramen is back. The server and bartender were very nice but the ramen we both ordered was so salty and the nice jammy egg was not that. Weird consistency. The chastity pork belly was very crisp and thin. Just not what we expected. Maybe we hit it on a bad night but we will not be going back I’m sorry to say. We drive from Lexington that’s how much we loved that place.

The past few visits to Quan Hapa have been outstanding. We are greeted and seated quickly. The food comes out shortly. We love the Okonomiyaki and the Vietnamese coffee. I highly recommend it!

It took 40 minutes for the food to arrive, and it was very salty. We’ve eaten here before and had much better luck.

Not a bad stop to check out. I enjoyed the food but felt the low budget street food in high budget area concept didn't work. Nothing made me think that I had to return.

Food was great, drinks were a bit expensive. Service was pretty slow. A bit loud in there due to the windows being open and cincy traffic. Will be coming back!
