It was a bit over priced for 3 people. It would have been nice to have some scones and potentially live music at these prices.

We were expecting so much from this as the Ritz Carlton has such a great reputation. Very disappointing. Everything is ridiculously overpriced, even for RC. My beet salad was an arugula salad with a few bits of beet sprinkled in. My husband ordered a Caesar salad and “salmon carpaccio”. The salmon was also nothing more than an arugula salad with a few small prices of salmon around the edges. (Would have been nice if the waiter warned him when ordering that he’d ordered 2 salads.) As he wanted something more substantial than lettuce, he asked for a side of mac n cheese. He got about 75¢ worth of rigatoni noodles dripping in butter. No cheese. With that said, the bucatini was delicious, but again, overpriced for a bowl of noodles. And they take the liberty of adding a 22% tip to your bill and then ask if you want to add more!? The staff was all lovely & professional though. So for 3 of us to sit in a bar and have mediocre salads and pasta it cost us $300! Do not recommend and will not be going back.

Several hours before our visit, I told the restaurant about a dietary restriction with the hope it could make some accommodation, even if it merely duplicated some items rather than providing ones I specified we could not eat. The High Tea menu is not published, so I did not even know if the restriction would be relevant. Instead, I received a call telling me they would refuse to make any accommodation absent 24 hours notice — which is not mentioned anywhere in the reservation information. After we arrived, the waiter then proceeded to make a very loud and embarrassing show about their inability to accommodate our rather simple request. So for the incredible cost of this visit, I was very disappointed with the restaurant’s response, which frankly ruined the Mother’s Day High Tea experience for us.

I took my wife and son for Mother's Day Afternoon Tea. Overall, very poor value for afternoon tea, with a nonsensical and small assortment of subpar finger foods that did not remotely warrant the $100/person price. The Mother's Day tea was purportedly Parisian inspired. The food was neither traditionally English (no small sandwiches, no scones) nor French (no quiche, no ham, no Viennoiserie). The savory portion included a cucumber and salmon croissant sandwich with a store-bought tasting croissant. Not flaky or buttery at all. An odd shellfish mix on a sweet crust. A fish ball in soy sauce. A purported mille feuille with cream cheese and Parmesan shavings that tastes like it was cream cheese on two thin crackers. The sweets were no better. We each had a dry Madeleine, a tiny and flavorless cream puff, a jam-filled macaron that was admittedly ok, and then one pea sized droplet of mocha on a dime sized wafer and a pea sized droplet of something matcha flavored. Supposedly these were tarts, but they were more like the bit of garnish one expects to find on a slice of cake sold by the slice. Everything lacked in flavor, the fish-based savories were not appropriate to any standard for an afternoon tea, and the sweets tasted store bought. And not from a good store. We also had two cocktails, not included in the tea, that were nice, and the tea itself was nice (though we had to ask for milk). I can't believe that with parking and tip we paid $475 for this.

Awesome experience, Sergio made my wife and I some fantastic cocktails and the manager, Andres, was extremely hospitable. We plan to return in a couple of weeks for my birthday celebration.

We were charged $58 for 2 Aperol Spritz. That’s $29 per drink. There is no way that this drink should have cost more than $15-$20. Otherwise, we had an excellent experience at this restaurant.

The value for service was not worth it quite honestly. Although I enjoyed the afternoon tea time experience it was over priced. The package did not include the glass of champagne or food. That was additional charge. Overall it was good.

We enjoyed a birthday celebration with tea & scrumptious treats. The ambiance was lovely, the room decorated with cherry blossoms decor. The teas were organic, there was a nice selection of 9 to choose from, all very fragrant, I chose English Garden. The savory & sweet treats were delicious, each one unique & as beautiful to look at as they tasted. The service was excellent. Highly recommend!!
