   Waited over an hour to be seated and then waited over 2 hours to be served food. Worst experience ever and especially for Valentines Day

Unfortunately, there was a problem with our system that caused issues with multiple reservations. This is unacceptable and this is not the outcome we had planned for.    Unorganized, everyone was getting a refund for their prepaid Valentine’s Day dinner because they allowed walk ins to take the tables instead of the actual people who pre paid and reserved.

   Beware, they add gratuity on the bill regardless of party size. They don’t mention this either written or verbally, so you wind-up tipping on a bill that’s inflated by 18%. I’ve been going out for dinner an average of once per week for years and have never seen this practice in any other establishment. This shadiness alone will prevent me from ever returning.

   Hello Brian, we do not have any intention to deceive our customers. That is not the way we do business, as this would only harm to our customers and our business. Especially as a small, family owned restaurant. We firmly believe in being transparent and honest with customers. That is why we do in fact have a notice at the bottom of our menus that reads "18% Gratuity included on all checks" as well as "3.89% surcharge on credit card transactions". This auto-gratuity is also shown on the bill. There is a tip line for anyone who wants to include an additional tip.

   The food and service were great. The bread was nice and warm. We has the crab augratin and the Q'tal salad as appetizers and it was delicious. I had a pinot grio and my friend hasbthebberry passion which she said was delicious. As entrees, we had the half chicken and salmon dishes and it did not disappoint. For dessert er had tiramimus and Brule with cappuccino. The desserts was great. I thought the cappuccino was not hot. It was warm. And the was the only issue but I still enjoyed it. Overall, it was a great experience. Loved it.

    Food presentation was beautiful except they lacked any customer service skills. We waited half hour for water and our first drinks. Appetizers took another 45 mins and same wait on dinner, when we had to put appetizers and dinner orders all at once. One of our entrees didn’t come and no one explained, a few mins later someone comes by to ask if everything is ok and we informed them we are missing one entree and they inform us they will have to out it in bc the table next to us “took” our entree. We cancelled that entree, shared our food, entree was brought later on and manager asked how can she make it up, friend requested round of drinks and the drinks came right when we were going to leave! We had to ask twice about the status. You would think that since manager put in the order for a round of drinks, they would bring them out immediately, but no, we waited another half hour. When the bill came, we were being charged for the drinks and the salmon, we informed the waiter and he then took off the one round of drinks and salmon entrée, but terrible experience overall. Food was very well presented, but the mashes tasted like they were out of a box.Drinks very tasty. Most likely will not be coming back or recommending.
