Offering a 4 course tasting menu in the front dining room and a 7 course tasting menu in the communal kitchen table. Service is provided entirely by the Rojas Family. The family will prepare the food from scratch, explain it and serve it. The menu showcases dishes of Michoacan, Mexico featuring both traditional and international ingredients, flair and flavors. Experience brought to you by chef Regino Rojas, multi time nominated chef for James Beard Award and numerous accolades all together. Purepecha was named Best Tasting Menu by D Magazine August 2024 issue, named Best Restaurant by D magazine December 2023 issue.

Due to the varied nature of the menu we are unable to accommodate Vegan, Vegetarian and Pescatarian requests. 24 hour notice of allergies or dining restrictions is required, add them in the notes at the time of reservation.

    Magical. The food was harmonious and so beautiful. It was a perfect way for me to set the stage for the proposal that came later that night. Thank you for having us and making this perfect night perfect. I will be thinking about this food the rest of my life.

    This was an amazing 7 course meal of Michoacan cuisine at a communal table in the kitchen where the food is prepared. Everything was delicious, and I’d love to go back.

    This was a 7 course meal and many courses were truly exceptional - especially the ceviche type course, the tamale, and the quesadilla (very different from what you are imagining!) , and the dessert. The atmosphere is just ok and there was no music at all - just silence and cooking noises and if no one was talking at the communal table, it was a bit stark. I don't like loud music but there was nothing! Soft mexican ballads would have been nice! I would eat there again but probably not the 7 course dinner - super expensive and I think you can get excellent food with the 4 course and not feel stuffed!!

    Great creativity. Great Chef visit with each course. Family intro at the end including Grandma, was super. Food fantastic. Good drinks.

    Wow. What a great experience. Heard about the this traditional Mexican meal in a tasting format. Really Mexican food tasting menu? Wow. Yes. Initiate table for 8 in the back. Each plate was nicely plated with many beautiful flowers. Flavors were awesome! Must do. $180pp plus drinks and tips.

    I went for the experience of dining at a restaurant that felt like someone's living room, and left with excellent memories of delicious and inspired cuisine. The thoughtfulness that went into all the dishes was evident and carefully executed. Outstanding experience!
