Pure Kitchen is a restaurant that embraces the farm-to-table concept, serving local, organic, grass-fed, sustainable, and fair-trade products. Every dish in our establishment is crafted from scratch with the intention of promoting a pure and wholesome lifestyle.

Pure Kitchen stemmed from the realization that the Summit community lacked ample options for truly nutritious dining experiences. Recognizing this need, we set out to create a restaurant that not only champions healthy eating through organic and grass-fed ingredients but also provides an inspiring and inclusive dining environment. We arrived early at 5:52 pm for a 6:15 reservation . Asked to be seated early and hostess or who ever she was said we could not be seated early. They were booked. There were at least 10 empty tables and remained empty until we left. So we sat at the bar. The bartender was so unfriendly . It was hard to communicate with her . It was the most uncomfortable, unwelcome and disappointed experience we have had in Summit County and we live here. Cannot recommend mostly because of the service!

Always love our healthy meals and the service at Pure Kitchen, as well as the great view. Shared the brussel sprouts, Thai Bowl with tempeh, and Strawberry Harmony salad with salmon. Everything was delicious, with fresh ingredients and lots of flavor. Can't wait to return.

We love the food at Pure Kitchen. But avoid the flourless chocolate cake. Will never order it again.

Pure was an ideal choice as it had several options for my friend who seeks GF and DF/vegan options. Service was good; mountain resort casual. The highlight of our meal was the potato chips! We both ordered the vegan corn chowder to start, which was hot and soothing after our day of hiking. We both ordered bowls and appreciated the ample servings. Overall we enjoyed our meal, but wished the entrees featured more flavor and less sauce. Look forward to eating on the patio…

Everything was amazing! We are in Frisco often and will definitely make this one of our frequent spots! Amazing views on top of everything else!

Though some of the entrees are pricey there are plenty of reasonable dishes and all the vegetables seem fresh and taste incredible. Lots of great gluten free and vegan optional dishes too.

They seemed like they were short on staff. Waiter got our appetizer wrong. They made up for giving us that one free and sending the correct one. Entree, we asked for ketchup and it took 10 minutes to come to the table. Food was good, and typically high price for the area. I woul go back when they get fully staffed.

Really delicious food - very accommodating of dietary restrictions, using organic ingredients. And lovely, friendly service. Really enjoyed our meal here!
