The food was excellent, fresh, flavourful, and clearly made with care. Unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. Long waits, inattentive staff, and a lack of basic courtesy really took away from the experience. Would consider ordering takeout, but I’m not in a hurry to dine in again.

A perfect experience as always. Two old friends catching up, and weren’t made to feel like we were annoying but continually forgetting to figure out what we wanted to order.

Great place for those looking to avoid meat & fish. Flavoursome burgers and great burrito and noodle bowls. Small but good wine list. Really friendly and attentive service. Would highly recommend!

My favourite restaurant in Ottawa! The food is always amazing, and very well-priced especially compared to other nearby options. They were so quick with my order, too—thumbs up all around.

My group had an incredible time at Pure Kitchen Elgin for lunch on a Monday. There were too many amazing options on the menu, so it was tough to choose (not a bad thing!) but the staff brought us an appetizer on the house, out of nowhere - to help us narrow it down. Reserving online was easy, the staff were wonderful, the restaurant is lovely, bright and not too loud and the food was unbelievable - for a reasonable price. I will be eating there again soon!
