Olvera recombines Mexico’s nearly infinite ingredients and flavors, demonstrating and extraordinary food culture’s potential in obsessive detail. - Private dining room - For parties from 9 to 14 people. - We charge 20% of gratuity at the end of the event. - We consider this space as the private room, the meal will be served as family style, that been said, the kitchen will choose the 4th and 6th courses according to you and your guest's preferences and dietary restrictions. Your server will elaborate a bit more on this at the time of the event.

The food was yum so amazing. Everything you’d expect when paying for a really nice dinner. But what impressed me the most was the staff. They were so accommodating to my food restrictions and were just beyond amazing. So kind and so generous.

Cubiertos deteriorados
Presentación de los platos variable a pesar de ser menú de degustación, servidos a diferentes temperaturas a pesar de servirlos a la misma vez, y con presentación pobre

The food was good but not quite as well executed (imho) as some of the other meals we’ve had in CDMX. Still a nice meal. The service was a bit clumsy—we were left waiting with update, had to ask for drink and a menu, sometimes they forgot to announce the course and what it was etc. The times were recently change for seating so perhaps the front of the house are still working out the best way to accommodate that and we happened to be caught in the experiment.

El servicio era increible. Nunca tenido servicio que limpie la mesa despues de cada courso. La mesera recomendo una margarita de mezcal con tamarindo que era fenomenal.

We had the most incredible experience. The food was unforgettable and completely spectacular. Every single dish was astounding - thoughtful, complex, and utterly delicious. Our servers were kind and knowledgeable and able to accommodate a shellfish allergy. We are so grateful to all the staff at Pujol for a memorable evening.

Great food, excellent service, nice ambiance and music. Modern Mexican cuisine with flair, I believe it lives up the hype. It's pricier then other tasting menus in Mexico City (such as Máximo, Quintonil), but an overall great experience.

Pujol was good, but not great. 5 out of 7 dishes were good, but 2 of them were forgettable and not worth the money. Wine was good too but quite pricey. Overall an okay experience. The service was top notch though!

I have been to a few of the top 50 best restaurants in the world. My top pick so far is Central in Peru still. It was quite a disappointment at Pujol.

First off, we arrived at 1:23pm for our 1:30pm reservation. Everyone had to wait on the street outside the gate. It would have been nice to be able to wait inside in their courtyard. The waitress / waiters were just at par at best in other average restaurants. The description of each plate as they arrived our table was a quite recital.

2 of the 7 courses had shellfish in them in which I am allergic to. The replacement for shrimp and crab given were leeks and artichokes. Yes leeks, which happened to be the same as the 3rd course, leeks. So as a result, my whole meal, I had one course with tuna tostada and one course with seabags ceviche. The rest was pretty much vegetarian. I asked if there is other substitutes averrable as I am not a big fan of leeks. No! that's pretty much the answer I got. The mole was good, but it was just a plain dish of 2 moles, no meat, nothing, 2 tortillas were given with it, that is.

The only sin gas water they offer is Evian and they don't offer any local water.

The overall experience was nothing as one would expect at a top world restaurant. I highly recommend Nico's (not ranked) and Quintonil instead and pass on Pujol.

La comida es exelente, el servicio es bueno, pero lo que puedo decir es que Pojul es un producto de la cultura colonial Mexicana. Hace tres años comi en Pojul por primera vez y me encanto, pero mis amigos notaron que cuando yo (un ciudadano Americano de origen Nativo-Americano Nahuatl) ordene un vaso de pinot noir, el mesero regreso unos minutos despues a reteirarme el precio para asegurarse que yo podia comprarlo.
Esta vez 2 meseras de piel clara, se aseguraron de preguntarme en ocasiones separadas de donde soy, lo cual me recordo al famoso dicho "con el nopal en la frente y no hablas Español". Una de las razones por las que comimos en Pojul es para no tener problemas con el idioma y yo no quisiera faltarle el respeto a mis compañeros que no hablan español. Por supuesto que regresare a pojul, pero si me gustaria sentirme bienvenido en el pail de mis antepasados.

Wow!

This place is everything I’ve heard about. The food was great and the service was excellent. The baby corn with chicatana ants and the mole (duh) were amazing.

I would love to come back again to see what they have next and how the mole has evolved.
