- We charge 20% of gratuity at the end of the event.
- We consider this space as the private room, the meal will be served as family style, that been said, the kitchen will choose the 4th and 6th courses according to you and your guest's preferences and dietary restrictions. Your server will elaborate a bit more on this at the time of the event.

Very happy to see Pujol keeping its quality in food and service. Tasting menus (corn & sea) both great, a very good idea for a couple to ask one of each one, so you can taste both. Congrats Pujol team

The restaurant is nice, personally I felt it to be crowded too many tables, and the loww roof does not help,, lighting is annoying to have spot light on top of your head all night, no air condition and temp was well anove warm and somewhat stuffy at times. They opened a window and a light breeze came in
Food: my husband and daughter choose the Sea and I chose the Maiz tastong menu
No drink pairing so your on your own
All dishes were excellent visually and taste was very nice but not spectacular. Of the 7 dishes 2 were really winderful and innovative and the desserts were really great
The churro was soo greasy!! I just could not eat it
Overall I think as a one time experience yeah go for it if you have the time and the.money

Fue incómodo llegar 25 min antes del primer horario de la cena y que no nos dejaran entrar. nos pudieron haber pasado al bar (eso esperaba yo) y esperar la la disponibilidad de la mesa con un trago tranquilo. Para colmo empezaba a chispear y no había donde guarecerse.
¡Qué mal para un lugar de esa categoría!

Underwhelming for the best restaurant in Mexico. Maybe we should have tried the taco omasake instead.

El menú de degustación es excelente, un verdadero deleite. Si vas en pareja, mi recomendación es que cada uno pida uno de los 2 diferentes; menú maíz y el otro menú mar. El menú mar es 300 pesos más caro, pero vale la pena. El carajillo con mezcal está maravilloso. Los baños no fueron muy agradables ya que hay muy poca iluminación, las puertas no eran nada amigables; mi novia se quedó encerrada y tuvo que abrirle alguien del staff de limpieza. En general, volvería a ir nuevamente y ahora probar la barra de tacos.

Found Pujol to be too focused on catering, unnecessarily, to the tourists aesthetic rather than being true to its fine dining purpose. Service was affable but too informal to my liking and lacking rigor. The maíz menu was good but nothing memorable besides the story about the old mole. That makes it not a good value for the amounts of money you should expect to spend on dinner for 4.

Al llegar me preguntaron que alimentos no comía por alergia o que no me gustaran, comenté que cebolla y picante. Sin embargo, a pesar de mi comentario, la mayoría de los alimentos me los llevaron con cebolla...
El ambiente muy bien, muy limpio el lugar, los meseros se esfuerzan por atenderte bien.

Seventh time here; first time in the new space. Love the new space. Very cool. As for the food, it continues to amaze. Three people at the table got the "Maiz"menu which was completely vegetarian and I got the "Mar" menu. Only criticism is that the "Maiz" menu could have had one meat dish: pork, perhaps. Otherwise, no complaints.

La calidad y el nivel de la comida sobrepasó los altos niveles esperados al igual que el cuidado de todos los detalles y el servicio.
Las únicos dos pequeños detalles fueron que la mesa en la cual fuimos sentados se localizaba a un costado de los sanitarios y sobre el pasillo de la cocina, había mucho tránsito y en momentos era un poco incómodo. También hubo una confusion y a mi esposa se le dio un platillo con gluten cuando al principio mencionamos que ella era alérgica al mismo, no comió mucho pero si le causó molestias unas horas después.

A mi me encantó toda la comida. Pero la verdad es que he comido mole igual en calidad. He comido tacos igual en sabor. No comí nada en Pujol que no haya comido y por eso no creo que vale la pena. También el carajillo que tomé no era carajillo... sin 43 no es igual.

Esta es la 3era vez que como en Pujol y la primera vez donde la calidad de la comida me impactó por que no se medía en comparación a otras comidas que he disfrutado allí. Si no pregunto no me sirven tortillas de maíz morado con hoja santa. El platillo con hiitlaxoctche y trufa estaba demaciado salado y mantequilloso. El timing entre un platillo y otro no estaba bien calculado. No me gustó y no volveré a Pujol ni volveré a recomendar el restaurante a otros amigos.

A meal never to be forgotten. One person had the Maize menu, the other the Mar-fish. Of the seven courses each, only one was not the superbly delicious. Impeccable staffing. Hope to return soon.

La experiencia se me hizo regular ya que de 8 platillos rescato como 4 que están muy buenos , me sentí limitado visualmente ya que el lugar donde me tocó daba directo a la pared y no veía más . A pesar de estos inconvenientes lo recomiendo. Platillos muy buenos el de huitlacoche, el pulpo,el mole madre.
