Terrible customer service from our server, since we were seated the server took 12 minutes to acknowledge us, and said he will be back, 5 minutes later took our drink order and only brought 1, the meals came in different order.
No water service as other tables were getting, for the price the place is not worth it.

My girlfriend and I love Puesto. We were so excited for this location to open up and have been there at least two to three times a month.
However, our last couple of visits have been very disappointing. Especially this last visit. The quality of food has dropped. For example, the Mexican street bowl has had fruit in it that was not ripe. Which makes the bowl hard to eat and enjoy because the fruit is hard from not being ripe. Our carnitas in our carnitas taco has been hard and tough to eat.
Even in our last couple of visits we have received dirty silverware and plates. When we asked for new plates because the ones we were given were dirty, we were given attitude from the food runners.
With that being said, the service from the servers has always been great. Sometimes they are overloaded with tables, but they are always knowledgeable, helpful and attentive.

Eating in a tent with side panels was much like eating indoors as far as COVID avoidance is concerned. I was very uncomfortable with the situation but we couldn't get another table entirely outdoors.

It’s not that the food wasn’t good. But the service was so bad. We requested a dessert item at 6:30 and for thirty minutes no one came with the dessert or to ask if we need help. We tried to make eye contact but no one came. After thirty minutes we went to the cashier desk and found that the order was not even put in. If you care about good service then you should give other places a chance.

What made my experience very poor was the waiter that attended our table. I think his name was Pablo and he lacked attention and was very cold. It seemed that he was ready for his lunch or he was just not having a good day. While ordering he was not paying attention and one of my friends and she had to repeat her order because he wasn't paying attention the first time. During our meal, another waitress attended us, claiming that Pablo had to "train other waiters", but the waiter was much more attentive and had great energy. It is uncomfortable to dine-in a place where the waiter is in a bad mood.

The food is not very good. Tacos were dry and basically tasteless. Corn was good. Drinks were strong enough. Very over priced and I would not go back.

This time around, the service was not the best. One of the items we ordered was never delivered and when we requested napkins (didn’t have any to begin with) they never arrived either. The happy hour menu stated all tacos were 5 dollars but surprised at the end when fish tacos have an add on? Overall I’d rate my experience 2 stars. Went for happy hour, but spend the equivalent to a regular night dine in. Food is great, but service was awful.

First off I am NOTTTT a review person. I come here atleast once a week and it’s always great. Cocktails are always amazing and the mushroom taco....you gotta try it. Sometimes the tacos are hit or miss, but that’s most restaurants. The waiters are always super sweet and attentive. My boyfriend and I’s favorite date night restaurant !!!

Don’t understand why this restaurant took the bowls off the menu at all their locations. At the very least, given all ingredients are available, they should offer to make it upon inquiry. They are particularly helpful for those of us who cannot eat cheese griddled on a flattop.
