   Table was dirty. I ended up wiping down. Very dirty table. Tacos are fair. Lots of grease with the chicken version. Drinks fair margarita not that great. Had them bring out more raspberry. Quac is heavy puesto perfect came out very late. Water is tough to get refills. Staff not trained well. Plates dirty and the silverware is beat and scratched up. They don’t remove plates from table they pile up. Overall place has gone downhill. Cheers! asked for a fabric napkin to put on the table so I could keep my blouse sleeves clean. No joke.

   During my recent visit, I experienced some challenges with the service. My friend and I waited over 23 minutes for a glass of water, and when we placed our food order, the variety was quite limited. Unfortunately, our meals did not arrive until at least half an hour later, and when we requested condiments and salsa, they were brought out after we had finished eating. While the staff seemed friendly, it appeared that there was a lack of attentiveness to our table. Given the relatively high prices of the menu items, I believe that improved customer service, such as more frequent check-ins and timely drink refills, could greatly enhance the dining experience. I hope this feedback can help make future visits more enjoyable for everyone.we didn’t even get water . I was highly disappointed when I had heard good things about the place. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

   Puesto has yummy cocktails and drinks. Our server was nice and informative. The entire menu is overpriced.

   Service was terrible. Took forever (15-20 minutes) just to get the chips and salsa, refill water and entree served. I don’t blame the server. This on management who spread their servers thin and not providing better customer service. No one should be asking the server(s) 3 times for chips and having them pass by our table several times like it was never requested.

   We waited 50 minutes to get our food and it served cold!

   The food is always great, but the service today wasn't great. Our waiter disappeared after our tacos arrived and never came back. Another employee had to bring our check and boxes. It was a little odd.

   Food was good, but the prices are insanely expensive. Portions are tiny and everything is ala cart. Online they are listed as $$, which is not expensive. While burritos are not on the menu, the server told us we could get anything as a burrito or a bowl as well. So my friend ordered a burrito. When we got the bill, the burrito was $51! I got 2 street tacos and a side of rice and beans for $30. My wife got enchiladas, which were two of the smallest enchiladas I have ever seen, and at $29 did not come with any sides. They charged for chips, then topped it all off a 4% surcharge. We all left hungry. Food was good but not for that price. If I knew how much it was going to cost, we would have gone to Houston’s across the street.

   Puesto on Michelson is consistent. Pretty good food, good value but the service in the “patio -bar”, which is where had to sit, is so slow and poor. You can find better service nearly anywhere. We will not go back.
