We loved the tacos but the prices continue to go up. $10+ for a taco is a lot. For that much $, I expect the service to be great but it was not. The waitress didn't know what wines or bourbons they had on hand & didn't know how to use her device to look it up. The wine we ordered wasn't available & she had to check if they had bulleit bourbon. They didn't & whoever she asked showed her how to use the device bc when she came back she was able to look up other bourbons. Our food & drinks came all at different times. 3 out of 4 of us got our food before our drinks came. Our drinks finally came. By the time the 4th person got their food, the tacos that came first were cold. The heater wasn't burning as hot as when we first got there so we asked they waitress to turn it up. She said it was high as it would go but we could visually see that it was not burning as hot as the other heaters around us. She then just walked away with no resolution. We had to flag someone else to help us. They offered to switch out the heater for us. Wished the waitress had offered to do that originally so we didn't sit there cold. We then waited so long for her to check up on us after we finished our meals that we decided to move and sit around a fire table. Other people came, cleared & cleaned our table. We thought she might have ended her shift. She finally came out & saw that no one was at our table and walked back inside. Finally she looked for us (we were sitting next to our table) & asked us if we wanted to order something else. We told her no and she walked away. We didn't get a chance to ask for the check. She left for a while and came back to ask us to close out as her shift was ending. The dinner ended up taking 3 hours due to all the waiting around. I really l like Puesto but after this experience I don't think I will come back or recommend it to people anymore. :(

We really enjoyed the outing. Please place a TV in the bar area so some of your sporting loving patrons can check the status on our games. Cheers.

We went to Puesto for my birthday and had a wonderful experience! The ambience was pleasant & nicely lit albeit a littl cold (we sat outside in the patio and our heater wasn’t completely working). Our server Esmeralda was very accommodating. Most of us ordered tacos, which were fantastic, as was the passionfruit ceviche. The tres leches and candy shots were a good treat, too. I highly recommend this place (and this location!) for a nice night out or celebration. It is definitely a splurge, we plan to come back for a taco Tuesday for more of a casual dinner :)

First off, most of our food was really good, which was the only saving grace of the evening. The tamarind shrimp tacos missed the mark though. We were really disappointed with the overall service. Our daughter chose Puesto to celebrate a college acceptance. When I made the reservation on Open Table it stated we could not be seated outside. Our party of 9 was seated outside and though there was room to accommodate us inside they wouldn’t move us. We had one heater that wasn’t adequate and asked a few times for additional heaters and were told they were working on it and then they never brought any over. Super disappointing to try and have a celebratory dinner in the cold and dark. Not our first time at Puesto, but for the money we spent we’ll definitely try somewhere else next time.
