   Service was not the best, took them almost 30 minutes to inform us that they had ran out of Octopus. Food was acceptable but by no means outstanding. This restaurant is well operated and the reviews do not reflect it barely standard quality and service

   Brunch options are varied and very tasty. Gluten free and vegan options are clearly labeled. Room is beautiful with high ceilings and nice booths. Juices and coffee options were exceptional.

   Our service was not good. At one point, three out of the four in our party got our meals and appetizers at once, and the fourth member got no meal. He had to ask the waiter about whether his meal was coming and he said yes, but at least 10 minutes passed before we saw the waiter again. At that point he still did not have the food and offered no apology. It was about 15 minutes before the meal came out. The staff seemed overwhelmed. This happens sometimes, but the problem was that no apology was offered and the delay was not acknowledged until we pointed out how badly things were going.

   This was THE worst easter brunch I have ever been to. The “buffet” was a joke, literally just cubed cheese, some tiny desserts, smoked salmon, and shrimp. The carving station advertised was dry ham. The real kicker was the entrees we had to choose from. The omelet was ridiculously small, everything sub par at best. The worst part was they let us make a reservation at 2:00, then when we got there told us the kitchen was closing and we had to put our entree orders in asap, and the “buffet” was also closing soon. They rushed us out so fast. THEN added 20% gratuity for zero service, after charging $90 per person. We had looked forward to this for wks, and all 6 of us agreed this was the worst experience and feel ripped off.

   I went to Provisional for Easter morning and had a lovely time! Norma was so kind and attentive to make sure I had everything I needed :) And of course the food was amazing, with lots of options for brunch. Calm atmosphere as well.

   My husband came here for brunch on a Sunday and shared the breakfast pizza, which I had enjoyed on a previous visit with friends. I was disappointed that they were out of their delicious cinnamon rolls, but we ordered the Basque cheesecake which is very good. I was pleasantly surprised when our server, without me asking, comped us on the cheesecake to make up for my disappointment over them not having any cinnamon rolls. That was a very nice gesture. Service is consistently good here.

   Horrible service. The kitchen chef his name is chef Daniel. I ordered truffle pizza and they didn't have truffle so he used truffle paste instead. Ordered octopus and he burnt it to death. Hostess that sat us down served half the food and server served the other half the food. Wine list forget about it they don't even have a wine list. Listen I love Pandry hotel but this place stay away. They just simply don't know what they are doing.

   Surprisingly excellent food from the hotel restaurant and their tasting menu was outstanding. The wine pairing was an extraordinary value. Service was also superb. The 16-year-olds had pizza and loved them. Very good experience!
