   Our server was outstanding. The food was exceptional and the Happy Hour prices were incredible. Would definitely recommend Happy hour every day.

   We visit this restaurant quite often. It is a wonderful facility. People are extremely friendly. Food is excellent. Excellent prices Great place to go and eat.

   Best moule frite we have ever had - mussels cooked perfectly. Cod romano was excellent, as was the baked stuffed shrimp. The only regret was we didn't have room for the dessert, of which there was a large variety which looked decadent and yummy. Best of all, music inside was at a low level so we could actually talk and be heard while we enjoyed our meal.

   We frequent this restaurant often and for the most part have great experiences. But we decided to go there for dinner on Easter and sit at the bar and unfortunately the service was terrible. Our waiter kept forgetting everything and we had to keep asking for it two and three times whether it was our silverware or bread, or even our meals. We waited 45 minutes for our meals and the place was dead. The chefs were all in the kitchen, talking and chatting it up. We believe he forgot to put the order in. Not what we usually get for service when we’re there.  it made what was supposed to be a nice relaxing evening not very enjoyable. For what they charge for a meal and drinks you shouldn’t have to keep chasing your weight down for them to do their job.

   Easter brunch was tasty and enjoyable for our party of 7. The East Greenwich location is always accommodating and comfortable, and the staff is always hard-working and attentive. The bar staff is quick and friendly. Our server, Mackenzie, was skilled, engaging, and kept our mimosas bottomless. I also recommend this spot for Appy hour and dinner. Fresh raw bar, great menus, and relaxing atmosphere. Can’t go wrong at the Prov. Oyster Bar.

   We like to sit at the bar and our experience last night was excellent as always. We enjoyed meeting and talking with a new female bartender. She was efficient, friendly and helped us choose 2 delicious dinners. She said it was her 3rd week at POB. Our experience with her was more like she had been there for years. We had a nice chat with her about oysters and oyster farming, but sadly didn’t get her name!! We will be back to see her soon!

    The sushi rolls are typically out of this world perfect at POB…this time we found them very small and not as good.
