   I have a whole new found respect for the magic that happens in the kitchen of these restaurants. If you get a chance and when possible sit at the chef's table to see for yourself.

   The food was superb. All dishes were prepared with a master's touch for unusual additions to flavor. The Mediterranean pork was fascinating. The duck two ways was phenomenal. Sitting outside under the palm trees is just a delight. If you're a foodie you may want to sit at the chef's table to watch the preparation of the food. Provence is always one of our favorite restaurants when we're visiting Turks and Caicos

   Was not worth the hype. Although our waitress was so very nice, they were just understaffed and inexperienced. The food was very uninspiring and bland. The ambience although soothing in the immediate area, was somewhat odd located just off the street in a kind of strip mall. Thankful for the outstanding desert to end our night.

   Dining on vacation is hit or miss. It always seems best to stick with local favorites and not press your luck…Provence is an exception to this point of view. Great menu selections and timely service make Provence a destination for a nice dinner out (without the kids) when in Turks and Caicos. The chefs take on beet carpaccio, butternut ravioli and sea bass were as good as we’ve had anywhere!

    We were there at 6pm no one else was there. They had a hard time where to seat us - inside or outside very strange .service was fair. We told the waiter we did not want entrees to soon after the appetizer and we’re told that it would take about 40 minutes from the time our appetizer Was done and we should tell him now. The appetizer came out Luke warm at best - it was good but would have been better if it was hot. I told the waiter about it. I should have sent it back - which I’m reluctant to do. The main meals were fine . Veal and duck . The meal over all was fine- but for 232 could have been better. Our waiter was very unattentive as were others .Be aware they automatically add 15%.

    My husband and I went to Provence hoping that by the reviews that we read we were in for a great meal but was very disappointed. After being seated we weren’t seen again for our drink orders until 20 minutes later. We then ordered our drinks and waited another 20 minutes. Once we finally got our drinks and had decided on apps and a main, the waiter proceeded to tell us that 2 of our apps ran out and then asked for another one and surprise surprise that one had also ran out. We ended up not getting any apps. My husband got the chicken and I got the beef tenderloin. Chicken was okay, nothing to write home about especially for the price. Beef tenderloin was pretty good, but for the price I was expecting more. I’ve been to many high end restaurants on the island and I feel like you could get more bang for your buck else where.

    Such a wonderful experience! The 5-course blind food and wine menu was incredible from start to finish. This is the second time we’ve done it and would do it again. Side note— the kitchen gets very warm if you choose counter seats. But it’s fun to watch the team in action.

    I always ate very good at Provence I took the Gnocchi and they were over cook so is the lobster but the rest was very good as usually.

    The music from the empty restaurant next door was irritating and too loud. The food was amazing and unique. Would try for the chef’s table next time.

    Best meal I've had in Provo. Went for Valentine's Day and sat at the Chef's Counter. We ordered two appetizers and two entrées for the two of us and it was more than enough food. Will definitely go back.

    The food was really delicious and at the Chef’s counter, you have the benefit of watching the teams prepare the meals. We really enjoyed our appetizer and dinners as well. The kitchen is a little smokey and bright, so it’s more lively of an atmosphere than one for a romantic date, so if you want the latter sit in the dining room area. The food is meticulously prepared and it was enjoyable to see how it’s all done right in front of your eyes.

    VERY pleasantly surprised! Sort of an italian influence on French cuisine. The food was outstanding and if you can get a seat at the Chefs table, do it! Highly recommend this restaurant, we will definitely be back!

    The best dining experience we had on Turks and Caicos. We booked seats at chefs table in order to experience the creation of our dinner. It didn’t disappoint! We watched a master and his team at work, creating among other things, Salmon tartare topped with sushi styled shavings of salmon. It was expertly constructed, topped with cucumber petals and miniature slices of radish, lovingly complimented with speckles of Chefs special sauce! The freshest of ingredients delectably appear from fridges and pans that lovingly flash fry, grill or flambé. A tasting menu is available but if just a few dishes is your desire, then the choices are varied and unique. Any restaurant can serve fine food at your table, with a bottle of wine, but only this restaurant can provide master pieces that dazzle your eyes in the making and tantalize your palate in the tasting! Book and enjoy!

    Toward the end of the business strip in Grace Bay, you will find, on the bay side, a newly constructed two level strip mall. In this, out of the way location, is Provence: by Eric. The food is carefully thought-out, prepared and delivered. His interpretation on melon and prosciutto proffers a sensory of flavors and 'takes on' how to present an array of profiles. As a main, the pekin duck two ways is simple in its form and sublime in what your palate will experience. The only detraction, was the greens acidity positioned atop the confit, it did not pair well with the duck. Treat yourself, ask the chef to prepare something special if he has the time and you have the means.

    Très bonne nourriture, le service était correct, les serveurs manquaient probablement d’expérience d’après moi . Nous avons mangé à l’extérieur, c’était joli mais il reste qu’on mange dans un « centre d’achat » .
