We were excited to come try this place based on the good reviews. We had 3 dishes. Two tased exactly the same with way too much cheese, like so thick we couldn’t eat it, and the third an ossobuco ravioli tasted like it was made with a gravy packet you get at the store. I couldn’t even taste any meat in it. I ordered a glass of wine which was served at room temperature.. this is fine in a cooler climate but in south Florida too warm for my taste. Red wine would normally be served around 60-65 degrees not 78 degrees. I asked for a taste of a different style of wine which again was way too warm and opted to not order another glass. This place has a lot of potential but they are missing the mark. They need some fine dining training if they want to charge those prices. $140 for dinner for two with one glass of wine each should be an outstanding dinner. Lastly it was our anniversary the night we were there which i noted on the reservation. The server did not say happy anniversary, which i would normally totally overlook, but a lot of things fell short and we left not feeling satiated unfortunately.

What a disappointment. Despite making a reservation a week in advance, they ran out of several items after we placed our order — including the appetizers with the priciest ingredients, conveniently blamed on “no cheese.” The food itself was mediocre at best, made with cheap ingredients, yet we were seriously overcharged. We weren’t even told it was a set menu until we arrived. And don’t even think about asking for a soda unless you’re ready to spend nearly $8. Worst part? You’re not allowed to order your appetizers unless you’re ready to order your entrée too. There are plenty of better options in the area — do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Our second visit and unlike the first visit, this one was very disappointing. Price fixed menu for Mother’s Day…$58 per person for starter and entree. Our food took an hour and 20 minutes to come. Waiter barely visited our table, we had to keep asking for someone to bring us water and bread. Very small portions of pasta, maybe a cup. (For $60???) My daughter’s steak was inedible, it was so salty. She ate 3 pieces and felt sick the rest of the night. Really disappointed we spent over $200. Not the Mother’s Day dinner experience we expected.

Prosecco 22 is our favorite Italian restaurant. It is a hidden gem in Pembroke Pines. We had a birthday party there in February, and when we arrived the staff remembered us. The wait staff is very knowledgeable and attentive . The food is amazing. We will differently Be back.

We dined at P-22 on an unusually quiet night—so quiet, in fact, that we were the only table. On a previous visit, the restaurant had just one dining room with a cozy, charming ambiance. Thankfully, we were able to sit in that original space again, which still has more atmosphere than the newer side. We started with the Caesar salad, which was fresh and flavorful—definitely a highlight. The menu, however, is extremely limited and leans heavily into pasta. That seems to be their focus, though not necessarily their strongest suit. I opted for the grilled chicken with lemon and capers, but it arrived drenched in a salty brown sauce that masked the brightness I was expecting from the lemon. The chicken itself was on the dry side, and unfortunately, the broccolini I chose as a side was also coated in that same overpowering sauce. Other diners at our table ordered pasta. The bolognese looked vibrant and hearty but lacked the depth you’d expect from the promised, but scant pork and beef. It feels like P-22 might be evolving to cater to a different crowd, but for me, the menu was too limited and the execution didn’t quite hit the mark. With so many dining options out there, I’m not sure this one beats a repeat visit.

The service was very good. My only wish is for more dishes not pasta based. It was a bit loud
