At Audi, pushing beyond boundaries and refusing to accept the status quo are more than ideas, they are principles we live by. That's why we are collaborating with the prestigious James Beard Foundation to launch PROOF, a limited engagement restaurant created as part of the Audi Culinary series. This woman-led experience will be hosted by nationally acclaimed chefs across the country. In Minneapolis, the series will be hosted by Nina Compton, a James Beard award winning chef who lives in New Orleans, where she runs Compere Lapin.

PROOF will be open to the public for four nights from August 22-25, with one seating per evening at 7 p.m. Reservations are limited, and attendees are limited to one reservation for two people. Dinner is complimentary and guests will have the opportunity to donate to the newly created Audi #DriveProgress Scholarship fund, awarded to a Minneapolis student pursuing a career in the food industry. OpenTable will match up to $5000 for this program.
