At Pronto Sylvania, we take pride in our traditional wood-fired pizzas, meticulously crafted by our pizza chef, Nicolò Giovanazzi. Having honed his skills in Italy and Portugal, Nicolò brings an unparalleled level of expertise and passion.

Our menu features a delicious mix of traditional Balkan dishes, Pub classics, and an Italian-inspired cuisine. For a communal dining experience, try our Balkan mixed grill plates.

In the mornings, Pronto Sylvania transforms into a cafe, serving classic breakfast foods + fresh deli sandwiches, and coffee.

Located on the site of the old Mike's Bar and Grill, tragically destroyed by fire 8 years ago, Pronto Sylvania is brought to life by 2GB radio presenter Mark Levy. We are proud to rejuvenate this beloved spot, offering the Sutherland Shire a place to gather and create new memories.

Pronto Sylvania is a hidden gem in the Sutherland Shire. Conveniently located on the Princes Highway just south of Tom Uglys bridge. The food is excellent, ambience is fabulous as is the service and value for money. They have special on some nights for pizzas and pastas. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed. Roger

First Time to Pronto....the food was excellent! disappointed no pizzas were available though.....portion size very large!! Service from the young waitresses was exceptional!

Advised that any wine we wanted to order was not available due to a problem with supplier. I now find friends had a similar experience a few weeks previously. Wouldn't you get a new supplier!!! We ordered a wine that none of us would normally drink because it was a birthday celebration & it was very ordinary. We ate & left as we knew we could find somewhere else with a great wine list to celebrate. Food was acceptable. This restaurant has been hyped as a new fabulous addition to the area so maybe it will get better over time.

Food was absolutely delicious. We were dumbfounded though that the waitress started with was.....almost ALL the white wines were not in stock. Only a bottle of Chardonnay. Which we dont drink. There was quite a list of wine but had none to serve us. We were hoping to wine & dine so were very disappointed. We noticed the table next to us bought in a bottle of wine so asked if it was BYO and were told no. So we were quite confused when they happily took it out of the brown paper bag and placed it clearly on their table and drank it. But as I've stated the food was delicious Lynne Park

Amazing food & loved the mushrooms !! Pizzas very fresh & tasty - great value Service was awesome $ friendly staff. Will definitely be back & already told a few friends
