Great food. Paul always takes care of us. I just wish it was closer to our home.
We dined on New Year's Eve. Service to get wine and food was very slow. We had a charming young man for our server who tried his best. The kitchen was very slow and the food was good but not outstanding for the prices.
The service and food was excellent. Very nice location and would be fun in the warmer months to dine outside.
Gets better every time. Steaks continue to improve. would put spinach back on as a side. Service is very good as well.
We knew going in that it would be pricey, but if the food is very good to excellent, then it is worth the price. We were not disappointed. The four of us had risotto, elk and a "standard" filet, along with two apps and a seasonal salad. Plan on spending at least $100 or so person, particularly if you are having drinks/wine with the meal.
Food was under cooked
Was very impressed (hadn’t been since the name change). Starter was spicy shrimp cocktail which almost rivaled St. Elmo’s in Indy. Salads were crisp and fresh. Entrees were grilled salmon and prime rib - both cooked perfectly and tasty. The be all end all were the maple bourbon Brussels sprouts with pancetta. Never had a vegetable taste this good and would go back just to eat that dish again. Waiter was on the spot and did a great job.
Great Food, including the best house salad anywhere.
Always good service , our new favorite.
Overall I enjoyed Prime One and would certainly return. I do have a minor complaint, the music selection was awful. Sounded like it was chosen by a women going through a bitter breakup!
Our entire experience was exceptional. Cori took great care of us. Food quality and presentation all were great.
We will be back.
We had a wonderful evening! The food was spectacular and I look forward to dining at PrimeOne again soon!
We ordered our steaks medium and they were both over cooked. We did not like that all the sides were an extra charge. Ambiance was and service good, but we will not be back, food was not worth the very high bill.
I was really happy with the experience dinning at PrimeOne. The oysters were great as well as the lobster bisque soup to start the meal off. Then for the main course, the prime rib was fantastic! The atmosphere is cozy and the service is on point. If I had to nit pick, cocktails from the bar could have been quicker. Otherwise everything else was top notch!!
We chose Prime One for our anniversary celebration and were pleasantly surprised by the Halloween celebrations going on in the town. Soup & Brussels sprouts were over salted for me but my steak was done to perfection. Austin, our server, was knowledgeable & prompt. We will be back.
The food was fairly well prepared with acceptable presentation. The hostess was accommodating when we requested to sit outside at one of the 'fire pit tables". However, the service was SEVERELY sub par; We had a long wait for EVERYTHING, drinks, salad, main dish (the steak sat way too long before it finally got to our table)... All Zootopia sloth DMV slow. The price was Ritz Carlton, but the service was Dennys. Overall the experience was completely blown by the wait staff.
