We had a 6:30P reservation and were finally seated at 7:10P. It was a good thing we did not have anywhere else to go. The seating hostess in the lobby was NOT friendly AT ALL. They need a beeper system or something because she was standing there screaming people’s names.

server was so rude, she originally asked me and assumed I wanted the 9 ounce wine and I told her I wanted the 6 ounce so when I got my second glass after the first glass, that was the 6 ounce, she assumed I wanted a nine and brought me a nine and charged me for a 9 ounce and then when I went to correct her when she brought the bill she was rude and said “I asked you the second time if you wanted 9 and you said yes” when she did not, and everyone at my table all said she did not. she then had the audacity to say it’s just a seven dollar difference not that big of a deal and smirked off to change the ticket. If I could’ve tipped her zero I would have but those devices they use only give the option for 20% or higher. she was not worried about us at all. All she was worried about was making her money.

I really like visiting Prime Social. Always a great time. Drinks were amazing and so was the service. We didn’t order food which is why I left one star. But I always enjoy an evening at PS. The view was beautiful this night in particular as the snow fell and blanketed the city. Love it.

This was our second time and it was lovely again! It was super loud this time, and very busy which made service very slow. We were also excited to watch the snow fall over the Plaza lights but sadly our seats had zero view. The drinks were yummy though!

The food was amazing. Highly suggest the tuna sushi and waygu. The drinks were good. Our favorite bourbon drink was The Gatsby. Unfortunately, we were seated at about 6:20 and our waitress came over to greet us, but it took her 20 or more minutes to return to take our order. She walked to other tables and would not look at us to flag her down. After that rocky start, she improved moderately. Everyone else who brought us water and food were very attentive.

Awesome atmosphere, tapas style plates, good drink menu. Our service was poor. Drinks ran empty, waiter couldn’t be found, I had to flag down other wait staff to get service. We’d probably go back, but I don’t think till be our first choice for a romantic night out. A few drinks and a snack with friends, this is a decent spot for that.

This is my favorite get away spot. I go there as a single “mature” woman, and I feel comfortable there. I go for my favorite dish: the Vegetation Roll. I love the view, and I appreciate the wait staff.

Had a friend in town for the P!NK concert and made reservations to have drinks and a small bite to eat beforehand. This was the PERFECT place! We loved the vibe—upscale with a great lounge feel. Service was great and the food was fabulous. I wasn’t a fan of my cocktail… mostly ice and overpriced, but I would definitely come back.

The only reason I didn't give it five stars on service is for whatever reason after we were seated and ordered first round of drinks, it was well over 10 min before our drinks came to our table. I think the bartender was just overwhelmed a bit. Things taken care of fine after that though. Drinks were terrific, food was awesome and the view is spectacular

It was so busy that our reservation was moved to the patio. Even though it was our anniversary it would have been nice to be seated at a nice table. Fortunately, the staff understood the change and made sure to set up a sign with roses wishing us a Happy Anniversary. That was the cherry on top.

We loved Prime Social on our first visit. I must admit, we wanted to go to the Swift/Kelce place to impress our grandkids- lol The service was outstanding, as was the food and ambiance. We will be back and enjoy the 'hip' atmosphere.
