Prime Bistro doesn’t disappoint. We had the seafood tower as an appetizer and everyone enjoyed it. The seafood was fresh and the sauces were delicious. I had the filet flight with a choice of 3 sauces, that pair perfectly with the yummy filet, cooked to perfection. Prime Bistro service is top notch. We only go for special occasions because it’s price, but worth it. Their food is unique in Carteret County, the ambience is very nice. Prime Bistro doesn’t have competition. If you’re up to an exclusive experience, with great service and delicious food, Prime Bistro is the place to go.

We had an amazing birthday celebration for my husband. The service was impeccable and it was so nice that they greeted him with a small gift of gourmet oil and vinegar and a card. The food was absolutely delicious. The filet was perfectly cooked and I highly recommend the truffle butter. The lobster bisque and the crab and lobster dip so good! I highly recommend the mushroom risotto. My husband had the grouper, which he loved and my son had crab cakes which also had rave reviews. I was really impressed that such a fine dining experience also had a nice children's menu, and my 11 year old enjoyed a petite filet and also tried everyone else's meal! I would go back any time!

Went here for an anniversary dinner, and I loved it! We got the bacon-wrapped scallops, fillet flyer, and the Cowboy pork chop as well as a few sides, and everything was delicious! The service was great as well. My only criticisms are that the food was a little overpriced compared to similar restaurants in the area, and the Tequila Orange Crush was sweeter and less tart than I was expecting. Despite those two things, we still absolutely loved the restaurant and the dining experience as a whole!

As usual the service was excellent and the meal was well presented. However, the actual meal was a little disappointing- My Pork Ragu was fantastic, but the 3 steaks ordered were significantly over cooked, compared to the medium rare request. We were considering making management aware at the time but we were starving and moved on. --- If the steaks aren't as expected, then the rest really doesn't matter. I really enjoy this restaurant and have frequented several times, so I will look at this as a one off. I look forward to the expected meal next time around.

Summer was a delight! Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Management gave us a card and small gift signed by everyone for our anniversary! Absolutely AWESOME dinner experience!

The service took forever all night. The food was average at best. They definitely don't know how to cook steaks. Especially for the cost. We won't be back.
