   We noticed everyone had bread given to them and we did not get any the complete evening. They were not on top of the refills and to busy doing other things. It was my birthday and this was not what I expected.

   Amazing amazing amazing! This place is top of the list for a steak house. Ribeye and fillet just melt away in your mouth and the sauces - oh man! You will know which one when you have it. Just make the reservation here, you be glad you did!

   Great experience. Took my daughter for her 8th birthday. She absolutely loved dressing up to go here. Received an outside table as requested. My daughter was treated like a Princess. All the staff were great and the food was delicious.

   I celebrated my birthday there with my daughter. The receptionist and server are great. But the photographer was not nice to me. The photographer was offering to take pictures to each table but she never came to my table. At first I was thinking she was only offered taking pictures to big group of customers but then my server told me she should come to each table. But she passed by my table many times and never offered to me. I'm kind of disappointed to her to work in this 6 start hotel restaurant.

   I ordered a rib eye steak and it was so fatty that I had to send it back. I replaced it with a filet mignon and that was very good. The sides were very small.

   The food was great, the server was very nice and attentive, wine was really good. The only not so great part of my experience was that I asked to be sat outside and I kept getting excuses about how it was not possible, but there were empty tables and they sat a group just before us. We ended up being sat outside, like we wanted, but it felt like a inconvenience for the host and who I assume was the manager.

   I reserved this 7:30 pm dinner reservation on my Opentable app 2 months in advance with a special note that we were celebrating both our family’s birthday and graduation so if possible, to please seat us at a table near the fountains. Since we were guests at the Bellagio hotel, we headed down early and arrived at 7:20 pm. When we arrived, our table was not ready and we were told if we wanted the fountain view we would have to wait. What’s the point of making a reservation 2 months in advance if a table cannot be prepped prior to guest arrival. Our family was hungry and we were not seated until 8:00 pm after having to ask the hostess 3 times about our table. The hostess took it upon themselves to change the reservation to 8:00 pm which was when we were seated, 40 minutes later, at a table that was not near the fountain view. No acknowledgement of our family celebrations either which I have never encountered using my open table app. Others restaurants acknowledge special occasions when I make special notations using the app. Disappointed to say the least.

    Prime was AMAZING! The view of the fountains was wonderful but the real highlight was the service! Attentive and helpful every worker I spoke with was respectful and sincere in what they were doing.

    Everything was delicious as usual. The service was top notch with even the tiniest touches getting notified. Splitting dishes and having the food presented with the portions perfectly divided and plated were just ideal and satisfying. Service was impeccable! Prime Steakhouse never disappoints 😃

    Everyone thing was great. The server felt a little off when we decided that we just wanted two apps. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and had a mlife reward that we thought we would fun to use. Two glass of champagne and 2 app (the salmon sushi was so so amazing.) I thought he’d be happy. We book the first reservations of the night so we could move quickly and let his next table get in. We both work in the service industry so we know how it works. We dressed very nice and just want to have a nice view and a couple glass of champagne to celebrate. We both felt like he didn’t think we belonged. Other than that, the hostess was the sweetest girl and went out of her way to tell us happy anniversary. She was polite and professional and very well dressed. 😊 It’s just a shame about our main server. All the rest of the staff was so polite and made us feel very welcome. We tipped well so I hope some of that money goes to the other staff that helped take care of us. Over the start of our 17 year wedding anniversary was pretty great, just one grumpy apple. Cheers and thanks for the experience

    We went for our one year anniversary. We sat outside on the patio. We made reservations on open table and requested to sit outside on the patio. Once we arrived we waited about an hour for our table and had drinks at the bar. The food and service was great! We really enjoyed the atmosphere.

    Everything was fantastic! The service was first rate. The view of the fountains from the patio was a one-of-a-kind experience. My wife had the filet with blue cheese and a selection of sauces that were all delicious. I had the peppercorn New York strip. It was also delicious, cooked perfectly medium rare. The creme brûlée was our choice for desert and it was perfect. A five-star meal with service to match. Very pricey, but that’s to be expected for this unique dining experience.

    Prime was absolutely amazing and did not disappoint. We went to celebrate a birthday last night and requested a table with a view of the fountains. They were able to accommodate and seeing the fountain show throughout dinner was something extra special. The staff was amazing. They were all incredibly attentive and the ambiance they help to create is everything. We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp, Caesar salad, the porterhouse for 2, jalapeño creamed corn, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, and the white chocolate cheesecake. The only thing I may not order again was the macaroni, the sharp white cheddar was a bit overwhelming - otherwise, worth every penny!

    Simply stunning! Whether you sit inside or outside, the place is just opulent & luxurious. We sat indoors and were blown away by the beauty of the place. The service was stellar. The team works in harmony & does not miss a beat. We had John & Manuel attending to us & they were fantastic! The food is very good. Best French onion soup & macaroni & cheese I’ve ever had anywhere. Champagne served quickly & ice cold. Fish & crab were all good. Expensive! Be prepared to pay for top notch service & food. It was my husband, our 5 year old son & myself. We drank champagne & ate king crab legs. We really splurged. Check was $700 with tip included. We know it’s expensive, but overall loved the experience & believe you can enjoy this lovely place on a budget. Keep in mind they do not allow children under 5. Also, bar is lovely & first come, first serve. Covid precautions taken with socially distanced tables (& bar stools) & all staff wearing masks properly. We felt safe & dined in heaven. Highly recommend!

    I took my mother to Prime for Mother’s Day dinner, and we had a fantastic experience. The wait staff was extremely attentive, and the food was incredible. I highly recommend the French Onion Soup, lobster tail, Short ribs and chocolate cake. They gave us white roses on the way out for a special touch.

    I enjoyed myself, the food was good. I've had better tasting food elsewhere for half the price. My favorite was definitely the peppercorn New York, that was delicious! The lobster and filet were not up to my expectations.
