2016年の夏にオープンしたPrime – An American Kitchen and Barは、ロングアイランド湾の対岸に位置するニューヨーク州ハンティントンの姉妹店Prime – An American Kitchen and Barと同じスタイルのお店です。最新の料理とデザインのトレンドを取り入れたPrimeは、満足することのないファッショナブルなゲストがどんな気分のときにでも最初に選ぶダイニングスポットです。クラシックな定番料理にモダンなひねりを加えた多彩なメニューは香り高く、印象的な店内装飾とバランスのとれたコントラストとなっています。アラカルトメニューには、「primers（生のシーフードのお気に入り）」「mizu sushi」「USDAプライムステーキ＆チョップ」「surf」「turf」「ハンドメイドのデザート」などが含まれます。ブドウ品種、ヴィンテージ、ワイナリーを異にする世界中から集めた750種類のワインリストを提供しています。 暖かい季節には、屋外のカバナバーで、ドックやリッポワン川がロングアイランド湾に流れ込む河口を眺めながら特製カクテルを楽しめます。

    We sat at the Bar. Servers were cold and inattentive. We had to ask for service when we needed it. By the way, we are always impressed with most restaurant employees. It’s was uncomfortable for us to leave this review.
