Dedicated to the expression of modern American cuisine, Prime is more than just a culinary adventure, it is a true experience. Guests can choose from an array of raw bar favorites, along with Mizu Sushi, and steaks and chops like filet mignon and parmesan-crusted veal chop. For those with a sweet tooth, there are several dessert options, along with the crowd-favorite espresso martini – all served with complimentary water views, as both Prime locations are directly on the water with boat accessibility.

Whether your needs require anything from a waterfront elegant four course dinner to a casual Dockside cocktail party, Prime has you covered. The Vine Room can be divided into two smaller spaces for more intimate gatherings or it can remain as one room, hosting up to 64 of your guests. Our Porch can accommodate groups of up to 32 who can enjoy the fresh air and harbor views while enjoying the best that our kitchen has to offer. You can also choose the Hedge Bar for a cozy cocktail party with a spectacular view of Huntington Harbor and our breath taking susnet view.

Mother’s Day Brunch 10:30am – 3:00pm | $95++ per adult Featuring live music and a thoughtfully curated prix fixe menu, with à la carte alcohol available. Mother’s Day Dinner 3:00pm – 8:00pm | $125++ per adult An elevated prix fixe evening, crafted to make Mom feel celebrated, with à la carte alcohol offerings. All pricing is plus tax and gratuity. Children’s menu and pricing (ages 2–11) available upon request. Please note: our regular menu will not be available on Mother’s Day. Reservations are recommended. A credit card is needed to hold your table, with a $50 per person cancellation/no-show fee for changes made less than 48 hours in advance.

We come to Prime for celebrations because we know the food and service will be excellent and last night we were not disappointed. I like to get the Wellington when I go as that is not something you see on restaurant menus often, and it was perfect in all respects.

Prime is my favorite restaurant!! We come every year for my birthday and anniversary. The food is always amazing and the everyone from the Manager to waitstaff are pleasant, helpful and kind. I was there on 5/7/25 for my birthday and our waiter was amazing. I always order the Beef Wellington and I understand how it is cooked. I like my filet a little more medium to well cooked and he ensured that it could be sent back to be cooked longer. We always have the best experience! I can’t wait to enjoy the delicious food again soon.

We went here for our anniversary and it was a truly wonderful experience. Food was excellent, service was excellent, would come back every time. Our waitress was so accommodating and they sent over champagne for a toast, it was wonderful.

Server Sean was attentive but not overbearing, knowledgeable and humble. Setting sun, myriad moored sailboats, and softly rippling water sparkling in golden hour sunlight marked the setting of my son’s birthday dinner. Each plate delivered a fresh flavor profile. Although epicurean in nature, the meal was paced and delicious. Cocktails were balanced. Wine was plentiful and curated. Dessert was nearly magical. I would recommend to anyone.

Food was ok. Service was horrible. Chris was our waiter. Took the order and disappeared. Rarely came back to the table. Had to ask for twice, app and entree. Brought steaks without steak knives. Waiter never returned during meal to ask if we wanted another cocktail or a glass of wine which would have been nice to enjoy with the meal. Very disappointing. After entree he asked if we wanted dessert which he already took the order. Walked away and came back and said “i don’t remember what you want” after he originally wrote it down.
