Whether your needs require anything from a waterfront elegant four course dinner to a casual Dockside cocktail party, Prime has you covered. The Vine Room can be divided into two smaller spaces for more intimate gatherings or it can remain as one room, hosting up to 64 of your guests. Our Porch can accommodate groups of up to 32 who can enjoy the fresh air and harbor views while enjoying the best that our kitchen has to offer. You can also choose the Hedge Bar for a cozy cocktail party with a spectacular view of Huntington Harbor and our breath taking susnet view.

Join us this Father's Day for a superior dining experience featuring your favorite Prime steaks, seafood, and sushi — including delectable brunch selections all-day-long and live music until 3pm. Our Father's Day Menu is available from 10:30am to 8:00pm and is $115++ per adult, with alcohol available à la carte. All pricing is plus tax and gratuity. Please note that our regular menu will be unavailable on Father's Day. Menu & pricing for children 2-11 upon request. We require a credit card to hold your reservation. There will be a $50/pp charge for cancellations / no-shows less than 48 hours in advance.

Just want to say thank you to my friend Nick for recommending this lovely place. View is spectacular and the food was amazing. The waiter John was awesome thank you. The filet mignon is a must have. If you love tellers steakhouse in Islip you will definitely love Prime. The view is like having a milk shake with a cherry on top. We will return soon.

I was very disappointed by my experience at Prime last night. It was my wedding anniversary and we chose to spend it there. We've been to that location and the one in Connecticut before and had a wonderful time. It took a long time to be acknowledged and place our orders and an even longer time to get our orders. During our wait our waiter Chris refused to make eye contact and walked by us and tended to other guests and never even asked if we were OK. When the food arrived, it was cold. My husband ordered the wagyu steak, you would think at $115 a pop it wouldn't be excessively salty and unable to eat. We had a terrible time. And our anniversary evening was ruined. We will not be returning.

Very disappointed with the food and service. Everything came late and cold in an empty restaurant at lunch time. Food quality has gone down as well. We won’t be back! Was our favorite Huntington restaurant for years.

Beautiful restaurant. Second time there we had birthday for our granddaughter and it was perfect. Food drinks. Especially the wine . The service was amazing: out. Server was. Shaun he is. Wonderful. :

We are so happy that we picked Prime to celebrate our anniversary. Our waiter Nick D never fails to make our celebratory dinners special. Nick D always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is to our liking. Thank you Nick D and Prime for a wonderful evening.

Upon arrival, our experience with the young lady at check-in wasn’t ideal. Although we had reservations and arrived about an hour early due to our prior event ending ahead of schedule, we were initially seated in an area that didn’t quite meet our expectations, and unfortunately, the interaction felt less than welcoming. However, I truly appreciate how the manager quickly stepped in and turned the situation around. From that point on, our experience was exceptional. Our waitress, Madeline, was absolutely wonderful kind, attentive, and gracious throughout our visit. The manager remained engaged and ensured we were comfortable, which made a big difference. Matt also kindly stepped in to assist with our orders, especially given how busy the restaurant was that afternoon. We were celebrating a graduation from St. Anthony’s, and thanks to the thoughtful service we received, the evening turned into a memorable one. Thank you again to the team for your hospitality!
