   We were a family of seven and the service was spectacular. The dishes were excellent. My only criticism would be that they kept serving us bottles of either sparkling or regular water without telling us that each one was eight dollars. We never asked for refills, but they just kept bringing it.  we had a wide variety of food and each dish was delicious.

   Lobster was very dry and disappointed with quality given the high price. Won’t order again if we return Dirty Martini wasn’t dirty. Lemon drop, Old fashioned, 8 oz Filet and sushi was good. High energy also a good experience

   Prime 131 is the “It” spot to dine! The appetizers are unique and tasty, the entrees are fresh and delicious and cooked right in the middle of the restaurant in an open brick oven. Service, starting with the valet staff to the hostesses to the wait staff is outstandingly professional. We took good friends who had never been there before, and they thoroughly enjoyed everything. If you’re looking for a new restaurant, try this one! Oh, and you must try their dinosaur bone marrow appetizer!
