   Everything was excellent at Prime 131. One of the few restaurants that combines sushi and larger entrees in a special way. Can't wait to come back!

   Our server Phillip was professional and timely with his service of our needs. The salad, soup and steak were all prepared and served to our preference. Was better than we expected as this was our first visit and we will return again based on our experience. Easy access to restaurant and staff provided excellent communication from walking in the door and during the meal.

   Everything was pretty good. The only downfall was that we waited on drinks a lot of the time and when we ordered the blueberry smoked cheesecake, they brought it out with out any blueberry smoke.. no one told us that it would be like that and then they charged us for it still. Also the in kind app didn't work there for me and the manager was pretty rude and snobby about that so it wasn't the best ending to the evening. Our reservation was 7:30 and we didn't leave until about 10:45 so it was a long drawn out dinner. The drinks are pricey and they are very small.

   Service was incredibly poor for a high end steakhouse. Food was good but overpriced for the offering. The overall experience seems to have fallen off compared to our previous visits. Generally disappointed with the value and experience.

   The food was delicious. Definitely recommend the chicken fried lobster and the fresh backed rolls. They have a Mac and cheese the is not like any Mac and cheese I have ever had. The cheese so creamy and the used a shell instead of macaroni. I very adult upscale version of Mac and cheese that is scrumptious. The evening was worth every penny

   Awful - don’t waste your time or money The waitress spilt soy sauce ALL over my boot with my broken foot, my regular shoe, and my very expensive handbag. The waitress was terrible from the beginning. We waited ~10 minutes for water. After she spilt the soy sauce all over me and my belongings, she tried to justify it by telling she didn’t do it on purpose while she looked annoyed cleaning up the mess SHE MADE... The manager was equally terrible as we sat there with soy sauce all over and she stood at the bar. By the time the manager decided to come over, we were ready to leave.

    Amazing dinner and the small extra hospitality touches were very appreciated! The dinosaur bone marrow was delicious as was our Australian wagyu NY strip. Will definitely be back again.
