   Hands down one of our favorite places - has been for years! Happy to see they joined Open Table lol.

   This was our first time visiting Press 626 and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our expectation was that it was a cozy and casual place, and the vibe was just that. Nice but certainly not pretentious. Service was prompt and friendly, with both our server and host making sure we were always taken care of but in a personable way, not intrusive at all. My wife tried a couple different wines by the glass - there is an extensive and impressive wine menu - and I had an old fashioned cocktail which was very tasty. There are so many good things on the menu so we had a hard time choosing. There are apps, small plates, entrees, sandwiches, and salads so there is something for everyone at manageable prices. We shared a plate of pork dumplings which were soft and smothered in a delicious spicy asian sauce, and I had salmon over red chili curry noodles and the wife had a mediterranean-inspired chopped salad topped with duck confit. Both were excellent and we finished every bite. The chai spiced cholate pot de creme was shared and was rich but not overly sweet - a perfect ending to the meal.

   Always a great place to eat with a great menu and choice of drinks. Always professional and polite staff .

   I had a lunch special that included half of the sandwich and rosemary tater tots. I chose the duck confit grilled cheese with jam. I also had a mango mimosa and rubio's tea. The service the food and outside seating while reading my book and eating my food was nothing short of fantastic. My server was polite, patient, kind and attentive. My food danced on my pallet and, sitting outside with the warm breeze and the sun on my skin made the entire experience complete. What a satisfying combination of all elements! I would advise everyone to give this place a try if you haven't already.
