   Made a reservation and got a confirmation that 4:30 pm was available and confirmed. When we arrived the bar was closed. It didn't open until 5:00 pm. Very disappointing.

   Overall had a horrible experience. Waited 45 minutes for an appetizer and waitress was rude. Appetizer came with meal. Got the brisket flatbread and I don’t know how the chef did it but it had no flavor at all. Would not recommend to anyone. They gave us free coupons for lunch or dinner but felt guilty offering those to anyone else.

   The menu we found on line was not the same menu we got when in the restaurant so that was disappointing, but we did find the burgers to be very good. We were having dinner prior to a performance at Orchestra Hall so we had hoped for a nice quiet dinner. Ambiance-wise it was quite loud. We had a table that was up against the half wall of the bar and a large group was leaning over our table and shouting and whatnot, invading our space. One of their kids was actually climbing up the wall behind my husband and was kicking the back of the chair whle he was trying to eat. Also, it was hard to hear each other at our table so I wouldn't want to sit in that spot again - and we had a reservation so that was disappointing.

   This isn't a place you'd go to get more than a lunch or a drink. There really is no need to make reservations either. It's just a decent hotel bar/restaurant.

   Business lunch... Ordered the onion soup, not bad but it appeared to be canned. Ordered the buffalo chicken salad, the chicken seemed canned with a drizzle of buffalo sauce and iceberg lettuce. Experience was lower than expected, especially for a restaurant at a Hyatt hotel.

   Our party of five was be able to carry a conversation in this restaurant which was really nice. It was quiet enough and roomy atmosphere. Food was good, my farro salad just had a bit too much of that farro. Nice place to eat and have a drink before a concert!

   Overall nice dinner experience! Would have given a higher score but we sat on the patio and a person approached us to ask for money. Seems like there should be a barrier or gate to get into the patio dining area.

    This was the perfect spot for us to grab a bite before an evening at Minnesota Orchestra Hall which was in walking distance. It is a very open space off the lobby of the Hilton Hotel, so it is not a cozy spot, but it does provide good people watching. Our food was EXCELLENT!
