   The good and ambience was great. Service was very friendly and attentive but slow. Probably because they were very busy as the place was house full.

   We have been to Polti a few times now and decided to bring my partners father here. We had a lovely night and the staff we very helpful. I always enjoy the food and variety of vegetarians is great. We will certainly be back again!

   We heard about Potli from the television series and decided we would go there on our next trip to London. We enjoyed out visit and will definitely revisit on a future trip. The food was fresh and tasty and reasonably priced. It certainly lived up to our expectations from the show.

   Amazing starters both veg and non veg....Delicious chicken trio - soft and tender. Not so happy with the main course - ordered one of their special chicken dishes but didn't really like it! However it is a decent place to go to - value wise if ur treating a group!

   We had lunch at Potli in Hammersmith. We love Indian food especially street food so we were very excited. We ordered Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Biryani, Tawa Macchi and Lamb Curry. Pani Puri and Biriyani were amazing. My friend really liked Tawa Macchi. Curry was ok, actually its side (curried potato) was so delicious as I wished it was the main. Overall food was really good. Pani Puri and Bhel Puri came in thin wooden food trays and they were not matching with the cutleries or decors. It would look much nicer if there was a ceramic plate underneath the wooden tray. I also did not like their cutleries. Too heavy and not very elegant. Really sad point was though they were using Disabled toilet as a storage and had it unusable. Very unprofessional and totally unacceptable. I understand they aim for authentic street food but I do not believe they wanted to give customers unhygienic dirty feel of street? Having said that I am keen to come back again and see how their menu evolves.

   After watching TV programme which featured Potli, we entertained some overseas visitors for dinner. If you are looking for an authentic Indian meal, this is the place to visit. All the spices are made in the kitchen and we sampled dishes that were outstanding. The staff and service was exemplary. I have no hesitation in recommending Potli, for Lunch or Dinner.

   We really enjoyed our visit. We sat outside on a lovely summer's evening and just enjoyed the whole experience. The food was delicious and the waiting staff were very attentive. As we went on a Monday night we expected it to be relatively quiet but a few people were inside and some passers by also came in. The menu has something for everyone including another friend who is a veggie (some great options). Delicious food plus well priced/tasty wines. Would definitely go back for another visit.

   Relaxed approach to service - nice to be left but always attentive and available when required. Food well prepared and spiced

   Had an excellent evening dining at this restaurant. The food was good, service excellent and ambiance great too. Very good Indian if you are looking for a good night with good food.

    Had to change table as downstairs felt like a function room and there were two big parties so noisy and not right for a quiet dinner for two. Sat outside and everything improved immensely and the food was bursting with flavour
