   Only reason rated a 4 is I had to send my entree back because it wasn’t hot enough for me, otherwise great meal and service!

   The soft shell crab had to much breading. I wanted to enjoy the taste of the crab and unfortunately did not.

   Let me start by saying the service more than attentive, it was experience changing. Our friend..(seemingly more appropriate than waiter) valentin, recommended great dishes, conversed with us in a very warm and welcoming manner. The food was excellent, the atmosphere engrossing, and the subversive experience was palpable. My wife’s birthday felt like a truly special occasion not just to us but to them. Thank you, you will see us again.

   Our experience at Potente Restaurant in downtown Houston was absolutely exceptional. We came as a group of 12, and every single person at the table had nothing but glowing compliments for their dishes. From the appetizers to the desserts, each plate was beautifully presented and full of exquisite flavors. The service was seamless and attentive, making our large group feel truly welcomed and well cared for. The wine selection was also superb, thoughtfully curated and perfectly paired to elevate our dining experience even further. Potente delivers not just a meal, but a memorable evening of fine dining, impeccable hospitality, and an atmosphere that feels both elegant and inviting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier culinary experience in Houston.

    Awesome food, fantastic staff, and on overall excellent experience. Ate there by myself and had a fancy dining experience I've never had before in my life and even though I didn't look like their typical clientele, they still treated me with respect and kindness. Definitely come here to impress a date, but make sure she's worth it cause your are going to need you pocket book.
