   Another excellent meal!! We sat at the bar and started with cocktails and shared a Caprese salad. We next had the evening's dinner special; Lobster Ravioli and pan seared Grouper. Both were so delicious. A good selection of both italian and domestic wines by the glass. However, we selected the Suisun The Walking Fool (Caymus) which was reasonably priced by the bottle. We finished with the Pistaccio Creme cake and coffee, which was a perfect ending to another wonderful meal.

   We go here often and have not been disappointed. Staff consistently performs at a high level. We recommend Portofino to all our friends.

   They have the winning formula. Good food , reasonable prices and a service staff that is obviously trained by someone who understands what customer service really is.

   After reading other reviews, we decided to try it and was not disappointed. Food was excellent. Service was above par. And the owner visited our table to check on everything which was a nice touch. We'll be back and tell others about Portofino. *chef's kiss

   As always the food was outstanding. Great service from Nick. Most of the time the owner Giovanni will walk around and check that everything is to your liking. One of the best things is the space between the tables. It allows you some privacy in a busy restaurant. THE BEST ITALIAN restaurant period.

   We’ve eaten here several times, and always had a great meal. However, this time, it would appear they’re slipping a bit. Most of the dishes were good, but not great as we’d previously come to expect. Maybe it was a bad night🤷‍♀️

   Sorry to hear that, I always ask all waiters if everything was OK and nobody has reported any issues in a very long time. So did you tell anything to your waiter? What was the problem? I assure you that Quality is always goal number 1 / of course. Next time, pls, let us know.
