Looking for a quiet night out and we found it. Lovely little gem in the Old Port section, ample menu choices and all prepared very well. We will return!

We had a reservation that expanded from 6 to 14 and the Porto Mar team handled it wonderfully, and another walk in group of 6. Beautiful >250,year old building Great food Quiet enough to talk Smiling wait staff

We loved this restaurant! The food was amazing and the service was incredible. Our waitress was so friendly and recommended an excellent bottle of wine. Our swordfish and mahi mahi dinners were delicious and the crème caramel was the perfect ending. I’d highly recommend this restaurant.

Food and service were outstanding!!! We both had the pepper steak, which was cooked to a perfect medium! Escargot was served in a delicious red sauce and the crème caramel was to die for!! Can’t wait to go back!

A pleasant change from many Old Montreal restaurants. Friendly efficient service, pleasant ambience and importantly excellent food at a very fair price. We had the Table D'hote with a good soup, perfectly cooked swordfish with crunchy veg and a choice if dessert. Tks, we will be back

Très mal traités, ils ne voulaient clairement pas de nous, regard dégouté dès l’entrée. Ils nous ont refusé une place avant même de demander si on avait une réservation, j’ai du le dire pour qu’ils nous donnent une place par dépit. Nous avons décidé de partir après ce mauvais traitement. Ah point important aussi: Nous sommes noirs.

Nous sommes vraiment désolés que votre expérience n'ait pas été positive. Veuillez noter que la seule raison pour laquelle le chef avait initialement déclaré que la cuisine était fermée était parce qu'elle était extrêmement occupée et qu'il était vraiment fatigué et espérait fermer tôt ce soir-là. Cela n’avait absolument rien à voir avec la couleur de votre peau. Une fois qu'il s'est rendu compte que vous aviez une réservation, bien sûr, il a dit qu'il l'honorait et la serveuse vous a montré votre table. C’est à ce moment-là que vous avez décidé de partir. Nous respectons votre décision, mais veuillez accepter nos excuses et comprendre ce qui s'est passé. Je vous souhaite tout le meilleur.
