    I would definitely come back here again! The food was fantastic. We were there on a holiday weekend Saturday, and it was crazy busy, but the staff was very professional, and very evidently hard-working. While our food was a little bit delayed, the quality was excellent and worth the wait.

    We had reservations but still had to wait about 30 minutes to get seated. Our waiter was very soft-spoken so it was difficult to hear him. He was, however, very nice. The food was good. I would go there again in hopes that they were a bit more organized.

    Stumbled upon this restaurant 2 years ago in a snowstorm. I remembered the walleye was delicious. Can back into the area recently and had to go back for the walleye. Food was great. Service was outstanding. Would definitely come back again and again.

    We sat outside by the water. Delightful. Had the lunch menu half flat bread with chicken and artichoke and Caesar salad. Delicious.

    I’ve dined there before—multiple times, but yesterday’s experience was terrible. Took two hours to get appetizers. Our guests with children had to leave because it was almost 10pm and have not gotten their food. Even our drinks (lemonade and water) took 45 minutes. After an hour of waiting for our waitresses to get our food order, one of our guests had to call them over. I will go back of course, but would not book a large group (23 guests).

    Had a good time sitting outside on Mother’s Day. Food was good, but my fries were cold when I got my food. I think the walleye appetizer should have had a few more pieces of fish on it. I should have told the waitress but she was busy so I didn’t say anything.

    Waitress was excellent and the food really impressed us. We’d highly recommend the salmon as well as the pork chop. The wings appetizer was excellent as well.

    We have dined there many times and found the food this time, while still good, not showstopping. Our server seemed to bypass our table and did not feel very attentive. Overall still very good, just not the level we grew accustomed too

    The ambiance was pleasant, but the actual food took a very long time to get to the table, both our appetizers and then our entrees. Drinks were refilled when asked and empty plates taken when requested, but it would have been nice if those would have been done without asking. Once the food arrived most of our group enjoyed their meals, especially the Chicken Bacon Ranch wraps, but I had the Turkey Cranberry grilled sandwich and it was small, had very little sauce and was dry. My mashed potatoes were lukewarm and not a very big portion, but tasted fine. The flatbread, goat cheese balls and BBQ sandwich all good good reviews. If I went back I would order everything up front and hope the server could time out getting apps first, but waiting to order entrees really extended our meal. There are so many good restaurants in the area, I’m not sure I’ll be back any time soon.

    We asked for a booth, and the host said he was going to put us in at table instead, with no explanation. We saw multiple booths, open. Possibly there was a shortage of wait staff, though no shortage of hosts. At least five of them were standing at the check-in when we walked in. It took a while to get service, but once the waiter came, he was very friendly and helpful with the menu. Ordered a glass of wine which was lesser quality than expected. The soup was hot but the flavor was strange. Walleye entrée was good, the braised short ribs were very dried out. Service somewhat slow and hard to find our waiter after he first came to the table. We had to track him down for an issue with our bill. When he was available, he was very accommodating and friendly. We both agreed it was okay but not worth going back anytime soon.

    The food and service were excellent, as always. My only issue was that the beer taps were not working. I usually don’t care for canned beer, but it was just fine. We had a very early reservation so it was not particularly crowded or noisy. I felt our server was very busy even that early so maybe they need more help.

    Disappointing experience overall, we were sat in the bar area with a kitchen view. Watched some of our food sit out for 10-25 mins, after waiting 35+ mins we decided to leave. Wasn’t about to pay $20 for a salad that had just sat on the counter for 25 mins. First bad experience here but was really disheartening and all 4 of us left disappointed.

    Food was quite decent but not up to the standard I would expect for a $45 steak. I ordered the New York Strip, which was flavorful but underdone. Potatoes were lukewarm and over salted and asparagus was charred. Server was inexperienced but attentive and friendly. Our table in the back of the (weatherized) indoor/outdoor annex was drafty and chilly, and the table itself was metal outdoor furniture style which felt odd. We asked to move indoors to a warmer area, but were told we would have to wait since “there were many reservations.” We had a reservation as well, so not sure why we were not seated indoors to begin with. Any restaurant can have an off night in the kitchen, but underwhelming food plus uncomfortable seating location put a damper on our date night. If we return, Will specifically request indoor seating during cold weather.

    We were a party of six, and I think everyone enjoyed our visit. My one regret, and it is no small thing, is that my salmon was over cooked. I did not get a chance to inquire about how well done this kitchen delivered. My order was taken from the waiter standing at the opposite end of our table. The dish itself was nicely prepared. However, if I return and order this dish again, I will request the fish be cooked medium rare, which most chefs recommend.
