Welcome to Poquito. Here, our food is more than a culinary experience, It’s also a cultural one. Our tapas are based on the shareable dishes that originated in Spain and then found their way into other Latin cultures and beyond. The plates are small because they’re meant to be eaten communally, creating space for more flavors, conversations, and memories. In true Spanish and Latin American fashion, there’s no need to rush the meal; though we recommend 3-4 dishes per person, they can be ordered all at once or chosen slowly along the way. Two dishes took an exceptionally long time to come out. We were warned about the paella, but that wasn't one of them. They were relatively simple dishes: shrimp tacos and a burger. It seemed like the server maybe forgot to put them in, and then made all kinds of excuses ("we've been slammed," and then "they're just putting the finishing touches on...") instead of admitting that he forgot.

This place was a recco by someone we know and it did not disappoint! Small and cozy place and the service and food was excellent. The menu was a bit more limiting than I would have thought but great, nevertheless. Will be back.

The food was descent and the server was very pleasant but spread thin . The night ended on a sour note with a rude hostess basically kicking us out because we needed to give up the table to the next reservation. I get it but the approach was terrible.
