We dined at Pop's and made an Open table reservation. Upon arriving they didn't have anyone to check in with. I saw a person that was delivering food to a table and mentioned we had an Open Table reservation and would like to be checked in. He told me to have a seat and he would look into it ? Our waitress came and we ordered. After I asked her to check if we were entered into Open Table so that it wouldn't be a no show. She informed me that they didn't save tables and didn't know what we were talking about. After I showed her my phone she still insisted no reservations??? Like talking to the wall. She said after I payed the bill and asked her to please make sure someone checks us in that we dined. Finally they reluctantly had someone in the back plug us in to Open Table. I think this place is trying to Scam Open Table so they don't have to pay them yet they still get people in using it.ABSOLUTLET TERRIBE!!

Once is enough...I had a wood fired pizza and my guest had a burger. Neither entrees were that great, the pizza lack any favor or ingredients. For my friends burger, the bun fell apart as soon as they picked it up. The fries arrived cold, nothing worst then cold fries. Our sever was attentive. If your looking for the sports bar vibe, I recommend Real Time Sports in Elk Grove or Mickeys in Streamwood.
