In Thai cuisine, a number of core ingredients and sauces can be used in a wide variety of dishes, ranging from vegetarian to those featuring meat, fowl, or fish. The supporting elements for an entrée of filet of cod can be worked into a pasta or duck dish, with radically different results.

Our careful application of the trinity of sauces--fish sauce, oyster sauce, and soy sauce--with a touch of palm sugar, and requisite heat, provides a base level of complexity and depth of flavor across a spectrum of dishes, allowing for greater control and speed in the kitchen. Our flavor profile also makes for rich, satisfying food without being heavy, or using a lot of fat.

Head Chef Sivika "Pon" Hunter is classically trained in French cuisine and sauces but remains grounded in her native Thai cuisine. The merging of these two distinct styles makes our menu a uniquely delicious treat.

We sat at the bar. Bartender was very nice and friendly. Food alway was excellent.

We had the window table, the best one, if you are lucky enough to get it. My guest and I shared the duck confit, a little sweet and tangy, one of my favorite apps. I ordered my new favorite entrée, the Thai Basil Fried Rice with Chicken; I had to garner up my discipline to save some for left-overs. My guest ordered the Massaman Curry and loved it. The Gruner Veltliner pairs well with both. As always, our service was divine, thanks to Peach.

Best Thai food I've ever had! Happy to come here again and again. It's great that they can accommodate my dietary needs and make a vegan drunken noodle with very excellent tofu. Would be nice if they had vegan-friendly appetizers like an all-veggie or tofu fresh roll, or veggie spring rolls. However, the meal portions are big enough that you don't need an app to feel satisfied.

Great Thai food in town! Everything we ordered was amazing. We were a party of 6 and pretty much covered the range of rice and noodle dishes. Everything was fabulous. The Drunken noodle my fav!

Food was outstanding - really. Service was kind and competent but severely understaffed. 20+ minutes to get wine by the glass, a beer and a Coke served...and our order wasn’t even taken until 20 minutes after we got there. The food, again, was excellent...just plan far ahead.
