   We celebrated Mother’s Day’s dinner and the atmosphere was amazing as well as the ambiance Food was very good and George from the team was very efficient Room for service speed to improve

   Booked 2 hours prior via open table. On arrival, no welcome but instead a ‘we don’t have your booking’, after discussions they took us through to what felt as an unwanted customer. They then said we only had the table for 1.5 hours. However, no one took our order for 20 minutes. The button system to order when pressed did not send over a waiter. We had to walk inside again just to order. They mixed up our order with the adjacent pod. Poor service from the waiter who made the mistake as no smile, just the feeling as if we were an inconvenience. Amazing pods and surrounding area. Food was great. If they sort their service out and organise themselves this would be a great meal out.

   We went in group friends but got very disappointed with Food and service and as waited for food for long and by the time food came few items as Monk fish was frozen warm from outside but inside was absolutely cold so left the food and then chicken dish was absolutely cold and service was absolutely poor so overall we didn't had great experience . As this feedback was very important so they can improve infuture for theor business as I like the venue that's was reason we booked .

   Everything was nice and tasty no complaints. Waitress Alisha was very nice. Came for my anniversary and they had petals on the table which was cute. Pods were great, nice and intimate. We had some leftover food but couldnt take any home because they didnt have any boxes available so maybe would be a good idea to have some boxes so can take any leftovers home.

   Had a great evening in one of the pods - served by Alesha - despite the cold, food arrived hot, was very good quality and always with a smile. Nothing too difficult. Thanks again for a great night.

   Food was absolutely delicious - best curry I've had in a long time. Service excellent. My only slight criticism would be decor - as we went near to Christmas it would have been nice to have had a few Christmassy lights/decor. Otherwise, I can't fault it.

   Stay away from this place, absolutely appalling service food was cold, long wait times between dishes, dirty cutlery and plates. I could go on but don't have the energy to continue. If your looking for a pid experience ponsbourne pods is a good venue.

   Was perfect to relax and dine, getting to play your own music as well, it will be perfect to do with friends and family
