To Share

From 11am - 4pm. Our platters are designed to be shared between two or more as an entrée. Our platters showcase our two different styles of smoking - cold smoking and hot smoking. Cold smoking is a three month process which involves dry curing the meat with salts and spices, then pressing, and smoking at a temperature of 20°C. Hot smoking is much quicker, with the meats being marinated in brine, seasoned, and then smoked for two hours at 80°C. All our products are smoked using beech wood shavings and are available for purchase in the coolroom
