Dear Dueling, Piano Mangement I wanted to bring to your attention a recent experience at your establishment that was less than satisfactory. We have been frequent visitors to Dueling Pianos this year, typically bringing a group of four, and occasionally up to eight. I always make sure to go online and pay the $1 per person for the reservation, expecting that our table will be reserved upon arrival. On three occasions, we arrived by 7:00 PM, and our table was reserved as expected. As the evening progresses until around 9:00 PM, I have noticed that several tables remain marked as reserved. However, on Saturday, August 24th, I made a reservation for four and paid the $4 with the expectation that our table would be reserved. Unfortunately, due to a delay at dinner, we did not arrive until 8:00 PM. Upon arrival, after paying the $10 cover charge, I informed the person at the door that we had an RSVP under my name. I was surprised when they responded that, because it was after 7:00 PM, our reservation was no longer valid. I mentioned that we have been here before, and reserved tables have remained marked until 9:00 PM, but I was told that was not the case. At that point, we had to walk around the room to find a place for our group of four. Thankfully, your bouncer was very accommodating and, after a few moments, found a table, cleared it off, and had the waitress serve us. While his efforts were greatly appreciated, I am disappointed with the experience we had at the door, especially considering we often bring new clients and family members to your establishment when they visit Raleigh. Thank you for taking the time to review this matter. I look forward to hearing from you and hope for a more positive experience in the future.

We will not ever go back here… I didn’t come here to have a magic mike stripper show. This isn’t a true dueling piano bar so we were extremely disappointed. We made reservations and started a tab with the waitress soon as we got there and we had to chase her down hours later to close our tab from the one time we got to order drinks, if we wanted more drinks we had to walk to the bar. She never came back around or offered anything.

We didn't eat there, but enjoyed the show. Very accomodating as soon as we sat down and always at the ready with our drink order. The show was fantastic in itself and the musicians are very talented!

This is my favorite place for a weekend night out! Very talented musicians provide great entertainment and fun all night long. Great variety of drinks and late night food. Love their pizza! Awesome bartenders and overall staff. 100% recommend it

Fantastic! Great fun, energetic! We had a wonderful time. We were just in town visiting for our anniversary. Found them online and really enjoyed it. It is in a great part of the neighborhood. We also stayed at the hotel right across the street that night. We defiantly would recommend.

It was just OK - there was one good singer and the rest was ok. The constant drum symbols drowned out some of the singing and every song was sang such a fast pace you couldn't really join in. We have been to other places that were just better overall.
