Two-storey wine parlour with a rotating list of 70 sparkling and still wines alongside sharing plates inspired by world travel. Find your next prosecco or explore the weird and wonderful world of sparkling.

'A safe place to explore the unusual' Financial Times

Run by wine importer and events company Fables & Company, the parlour is split over two very different floors including outdoor seating, with a focus on exploring wine production and flavour and pushing understanding further. The well known and greatest hits sit alongside the road less travelled.

Our list of cheeses and sharing plates changes with the seasons. Please note the kitchen closes an hour before we close the venue.

Cozy and romantic downstairs, friendly vibe on the ground floor. The staff is always smiling and kinda. Food was delicious and with generous portions.Our waitress Marissa was outstanding, talked us through some wine and we had a nice life conversation. Highly recommended

Perfect catch up with a friend of a few, great wine list - by the glass or bottle - and beautifully balanced lite bite matching food menu. Serving staff have lovely manner, interpersonal and discreet too. Ambience is fabulous. You have to try to washrooms and listen to the birdsong too! Customers of all ages and so imagine appealing to many. Location is conveniently placed for ease of getting to/from, my friend came in from Essex and I from SW London - both journeys 50 mins door to door. We gave this a 25/10 for a wine bar and will now be our meet up HQ!

Our waiter was relaxed and really made it a lovely experience. He took the time to talk us through any questions and really made sure we were happy. We had a few allergies on our table, he was so understanding/ quick to talk through alternative options and really understood the menu. Absolutely lovely day great wine/food and vibe but certainly the staff member really made it - would definitely recommend :)

We first came here just before lockdown in 2020 and have returned a couple of times since for drinks and on this occasion for lunch to celebrate a birthday. We all love the friendly staff here and the lovely ambience. Sitting upstairs in the daytime and downstairs in the evening are different but both really enjoyable experiences.

Had booking for 12pm & no one was there & the doors were locked. Very messy with dirty teatowels lying around. General messy downstairs on way to toilets
