Horrible service! Watched my beer get cold sitting on the bar for 10 minutes. Had to flag-down for literally everything (menu, drink order, second drink, check). The negative reviews are spot-on. Spend your hard-earned money someplace else - they don't even want it here.

We had a reservation for 7:30pm and they had already run out of oysters. We quickly left very disappointed.

Plumb Oyster Bar is a seriously unique experience in the Capital District. Peck's Arcade is one very hot place in the Capital District as well as in Troy and Plumb Oyster Bar is right up there too. I could not recommend Plumb Oyster Bar more highly.
