The appetizer scallops is way too spicy, and the dessert are mediocre for the price. The speed for bring up the food is also way too fast, which is quite disturbing for a date night. In general, not recommended for the date couple.

The service and location are great. We were surprised by a special menu due to the New Years holiday so we did not get the original food we were looking forward to. The food was still good, but menu was limited to entree, appetizer and dessert and three selections for the entree and appetizer and only two desserts. A little pricey but we don't go here unless it's a special occasion so that's fine.

Food was eclectic but not my style. On the pricey side--- dinner for 2 with wine over $100. Server was knowledgeable but not eat here again.

We will go back! We began with the arugula salad. It's large so my husband and I split it. Very light and tasty. Shaved Parm cheese and diced pears evened out the bitterness of the arugula. My husband ordered the ribeye, medium, and it was perfect. Juicy, tender, with dollops of red pepper aioli. It was served with piping hot potato croquettes and roasted broccoli. I had the grilled swordfish, served over a white bean purée. No disappointment here. The fish smelled tasted fresh, was simply seasoned with cracked pepper and topped with a delish diced celery slaw. So refreshing! The white beans were surprisingly tasty; almost like mashed potatoes, but better! I was surprised that the combo of beans and fish was such a tasty mix. We ended the evening with sweet potato pie. Can't go wrong there. Now for some downsides. There is a parking garage next to the restaurant for the library. Our waiter told us it closes when the library does, but the hours aren't posted, so we got our car out of there, just in case. Also, this place is very NOISY! Concrete floors, metal chairs, and a high, open ceiling lead to a super loud space. The night we went, there were only four other tables being served and it was really hard to hear each other. This was an anniversary dinner so we were hoping for a more quiet atmosphere. I can't imagine what it's like when full on a weekend evening. Other than that, it was a delightful evening.

Clams were delicious but steak appeared to be frozen. This meat selection was very dissapointing. Staff very knowledgeable and provided great service.

Atmosphere of a diner. Cement floors, metal chairs over-bright lighting. Swordfish & scallops were fine but pork belly was a fatty joke and the attempted haute cuisine extras were just boring. Might be a fun burger joint if it was fun and they served burgers.

Absolutely great tasting food! The location and exterior is not the greatest. We ended at this place a Saturday evening meeting friend from out of city with no time to plan ahead. The restaurant was a great surprise and we had a great time. Did not feel rushed to finish and even ordered dessert, the olive oil cake was super tasty as well. We all ordered different dishes (fish, lamb, beef), everybody loved their food. I like pinot noir and they did not had one on the menu. So I ordered something else but mentioned to the server that I like pinot. Did you see the 5 stars? Our server did such great job and came back with a fabulous pinot! Heartly recommend you give this place a try, I'll for sure come back.

The scallop carpaccio was outrageous! Being able to choose where your oysters come from was a great touch. My ribeye was delicious, and my friend loved his swordfish.
