   Always a pleasant experience. Friendly helpful staff, good choice of food and drinks. Sunday can get a bit roudy but most of our visits it’s been a pleasant atmosphere.

   A great venue for a family get-together over good food and fine ales. The food and beverages are reasonably priced, and the food and drink service are generally good, with reasonable wait times. The place is nicely decorated, in modern pub style and being a family friendly venue, it can be a little bit noisy, with plenty of youngsters running around, although this is at moderate levels as most youngsters remain under the watchful eye of parents, who are quick to rein their children in when over exuberant. A recommend venue.

   Booked online, no availability outdoors. Arrived, not a single person on a single outdoor table (all night). Place was almost empty yet we were right near the couple of kids tables. Very loud so ended up moving to other end. (Sports end) Initially not too bad then we must’ve missed the memo because at some point volume was amped and the footy was then on full blast. Inside and out. Mentioned it to the girl at the bar when ordering and instead of accommodating, (there was only us and two others in the outer area) received more of a scoff and an attitude shift. As five females there for a catch up for a friends’ birthday, was hardly the vibe. Food and drinks were good though.

   Was a great experience, friendly staff, table service was fantastic, entertainment was brilliant, great coverage of the footy and tab. Very nice food. Cocktail was also yummy

   Thank you for the service, Mother days was fantastic, the food is so much better than when it first open and was delicious now.

   The chicken pot pie was absolutely delicious. Definitely be back to have it again.

   Terrific, friendly welcoming bar service & front of kitchen BUT ordered a Medium $22 rump that was still mooing by the time the lovely lady who I ordered drinks from collected our plates! She apologised profusely and said , “…that’s definitely not right…” but had no authority to rectify. I said I don’t want anything but to make chef/staff aware/understand. I realise you get what you pay for , & that rump is a hit/miss cut of meat . This was a miss tonight like chewing on a rubber band ! Chips were excellent, salad had a nice dressing flavour. Third time I’ve tried now , they’ve struck out 😔

   The Plough & Ale is a cracking spot. Great vibe, super friendly staff, and the food hits the mark every time. The drinks are spot on with plenty of choice. It’s also really family friendly — easygoing and welcoming for everyone. One of those places you keep coming back to.
