The service was not good, barely attentive. The restaurant looks a little run down. The bathrooms weren’t clean. The food was good but not exceptional, prices very high. Also the price of wine is ridiculous, nothing less than 20 for a glass! That is an entree price. Wine is not meant to be that exclusive. I won’t be back. Thank you

I was surprised at how good the food was for a vegan restaurant. I chose dishes that we were cooked vs raw (personal preference) because they seemed more appetizing. I’m an omnivore and have always resisted vegan restaurants because faux meat dishes don’t sound that appealing to me. This restaurant doesn’t do that (thankfully) so I enjoyed the food that much more.
I had the roasted cauliflower, shishito peppers, and udon mushroom noodle soup. All were delicious and I would go back again for those.

Loved everything about this place. Wish I had one where I lived. say out on the beautiful and quiet patio. A surprise in the back of the restaurant. I love the lighting. The food is unreal. For a veggie like me this place is a dream. Will be back some day. For now I’ll get the cookbook!!

Beautiful outdoor garden, gorgeous food and stimulating conversion with Justin and fellow wait staff. Don’t miss out on the coconut pie!

Overall really great food and vibe. The service was not as great - not very attentive and pretty slow. We were a party of four sharing everything and were not given any serving utensils for any of the dishes. Also they didn’t wipe the table between courses - dessert was served when there was still a spill from the entree course on the table. I would go back for the food for sure, but hope the service will be better next time.

Great special occasion restaurant for vegan meal. Very gourmet (nothing I would EVER make myself!) and probably not always as healthy as my normal vegan eating, but very creative, artistic and Abbott-Kinney "chic" (LOL!). VERY VERY EXPENSIVE.

Everything we ordered was wonderful, except at the end the tiramisu was very disappointing. My friend had it previously and raved about it. However, they've since changed it into a deconstructed tiramisu which was like eating clay. It is not good, so I would recommend asking before ordering. Otherwise, the coconut creme pie is wonderful! I had the bananas foster pancakes that were fluffy and springy - a great texture. I got a side of king mushrooms which were a little too sweet, but I liked them anyway.

Vegan food has finally reached a level of being fine dining and almost a cuisine level culinary experience. And we all have Plant Food to thank for it. This was one of the most beautiful meals I e eaten in years. The back patio is like it’s own little world. The wait staff are great, loads of good humor. I’d happily and gladly go there repeatedly.

first time we have tried Plant, Food, and Wine- it was delicious. Everything we had was very tasty and different than many other vegan restaurants. We will absolutely go back and make it one of our favorite vegan restaurants in the area. The prices at very high for Plant-based foods - but also very interesting and unusual dishes.
The banana cream pie was the best vegan version I have tasted.

Beautifully prepared food; and friendly service in a lovely garden setting. Caveat: wine cost was very, very high - $17 a glass. Perfect vegan dining experience other than that, strong recommends for special occasion or simply a wonderful meal.

I am a vegan and my husband is a vegetarian, and we both love good food, so we have to work to find places that serve really elegant vegan cuisine. Plant Food and Wind is just that, great food, great ambiance and really killer desserts. I cannot believe that they make chocolate cake that is so delicious without eggs and butter. Great friendly service The chef and the pastry chef are amazing.

Overpriced and underwhelming. The cheese plate was good if a bit sparse for $25. The pancakes and cauliflower were okay. The pancakes came pre-syruped, but the third pancake was below the other two so it got no syrup on it. I left it on my place because it was too dry to eat. My mom enjoyed her grain bowl. Even though the menu was all vegan, there were very few items overall—so still not many more options than a non-vegan restaurant! The presentation of everything was very nice and some people would really enjoy the atmosphere. Doesn’t hold a candle to other moderately nice vegan restaurants like Little Pine and Crossroads.

It was just ok at best. Food was bland (except for mushrooms) way too salty. Very nice people, maybe just a bad night. I would try again only because the hostess was so nice.

The appetizers were amazing. The entrees were mediocre, I think the taco shells were from Trader Joe's, seriously. My apple pie was a disaster. The presentation was really ugly. I ate at Pure Food and Wine in NYC years ago and it was fantastic. I was disappointed in the Venice experience.

To be fair four of us went, only one a vegan two vegetarians. I found the presentation beautiful but the choice of hot dishes was practically nonexistent . if you want to eat cold vegetables laid on a plate in a decorative design this is your place. Two of us had the avocado starter on advice from the waitress. Surprisingly boring a piece of bread 5 slices of avocado on a hummus sauce. It was very underwhelming . The mushroom burger tasteless . Lasagna was nothing more than a stacked salad. Very beautiful outdoor seating. I’m glad they are doing so well. I’m all for not eating animals.

The food was excellent, probably the best vegetarian I've had. The service was very good, and the ambience out on the back patio was great.

The entire experience was top notch, as was the bill. If you're on a limited budget, this will be a tough one for you. But as a special experience, it shouldn't be missed.
